The air conditioning was directly pointed on my bed, so keeping it on at night is not smart if you don't want to get sick, also regulating the temperature didn't work 100%. the showerhead was not clean.

The location is perfect and the hotel is at the beginning of the Avenue/Boulevard. the view from my room was really nice. the staff is helpfull. The breakfast was not good but also not bad. it was just oke the staff is really friendly.

Bed mattress in my room had many broken springs. TVs were old with broken sound system.

The TV channels have poor quality: I think it's not even an HD resolution. The air conditioner doesn't reach the temperature it is set for. The lighting could be improved, too.

All the staff was very friendly and very keen to solve any issue I was facing. The breakfast was top notch.

Low resolution TV, air conditioner didn't work as expected, poor lighting, the outlets are positioned behind the mattress, making it difficult to plug in any cable.

The bed was 2 beds combined into 1 and the center of the bed was hard and hurt. The bath was ill designed and hard to use the toilet and get in and out of the shower.

Close to things and the cafe was convenient for breakfast.

Cleaning! We stayed 2 days at the hotel and nobody came to clean the room, change the towels... so sad .

The rooms need renovation. The furniture is very old. On the day of check-out, we rushed to the plane. The front desk lady told us to wait because someone from the hotel had to check how much bottled water we had drunk. Nobody checked it, and the reception lady came up with some kind of cosmic amount, which she made us pay. She didn't ask us how many bottles of water we had drunk.

We booked a cheaper room with no ocean view, however we got an ocean view room for the same price. It was a very pleasant surprise for us. Very good location, on the main promenade and the ocean

The swimming pool, has only couple of hours of sun everyday. 6 reais for a bottle of 250ml of water is bit expensive.

No Parking lot for the guest. This was difficult who travel by car. The elevators are too small only for five people, even it says that can have seven people. The stairs exits are to narrow and the corridors to small, if there an fire emergency or other one could be very difficult for the people to escape.

It was excellent, a lot options of good foods with a delicious breakfast. The location so easy and next to reception and the rooms. The people who work are very friendly and courteous, they make everything to reach our needs what we wish to eat.

Coming out of the lift I was surprised at the lack at space in the narrow corridor. The pool was also undergoing maintenance, so unfortunately I was not able to use it, but other than these two details, I couldn't fault the hotel at all.

I loved the course proximity to the beach, Or the front door, Cross the road and you're on a very clean beach, with a good walk to the surfs edge. Although the team did not get my message about being gluten free and vegan, who also doesn't eat sugar, they did incredibly well accommodating me, and went to great efforts to make sure I was well looked after. A great value stay when in Fortaleza!

Furnitures and appliances in the room are old, not well maintained, the toilet cover was literally yellow color from long time use. A/C was not sufficient to cool the room and noisy. There was one extra single bed in the room which was only making the room smaller. Even though there was %50 discount, the price i paid does not worth it for this room.
