The bathroom windows to the corridor was very strange, considering we could hear people showering and there was not an option to close the windows. Also the noise would navigate to the room from this window.

Bar service poor standard for my liking Ordered a Jorge Amado cocktail that instead of being served with fresh passeio fruit, it was made with juice and too much alcohol. When alerting about the problem not effort to bring a consensus was made and by check out they tried to charge it even when I had not consumed but given it back . Not one informed that a pre booking for restaurant was needed and I was very desalinated as a HOTEL GUEST in a romantic holiday, not at all having a preference or even given an opportunity or option to try enjoying the night. But luckily the very helpful and cordial receptionist saved our night . Breakfast is very poor, juiced should be freshly squeezed and the variety very little. But I guess that is the problem with external people doing de service . A part from the issues ONLY WITH RESTSURANT AND BAF STAFF, I still recommend your stay in this place . Hotel personal are friendly and try’s to get you to the best as possible

The electricity went on and off following rain in the area and the WiFi was erratic.

The breakfast was very traditional with fruit platters and many different cakes and breads. There was also a platter of cheese and processed meats. The swimming pool is a good size and very clean. The room had good air conditioning and a strong overhead fan.

Very noisy as there is a window in the toilet that we could not shout letting all the street noise into the room. Internet is terrible ( works in reception but drops in the room every other minute).

The shower, there was not enough water to wash my hair. I think that the sheets/towels could be renovated and the juice from breakfast could be natural/fresh squeezed. Other than that, everything was perfect!

We really enjoyed our stay in this hotel in Paraty. Very good location. Clean, spacious rooms with a big bed and good TV. Breakfast was really nice also. Nice pool. The girls at reception were exceptional, they spoke good English and helped us book our transfer. 10/10 would recommend.

Sound proofing in rooms was not great. Not a major issue as hotel was very quiet overall.

Staff were lovely and very helpful in particular concierge made an excellent beach suggestion and assisted us with a variety of questions and excursions.

Breakfast area is nice and there are some nice options but slightly lacking compared to other hotels in Brazil and for the price of the stay.

Hotel is located very close to the centre of Paraty. Private car parking is available close to the pousada and is not expensive. Staff were very helpful when we arrived early with luggage and parking. The room was very clean and comfortable (air con included) and had a seperate back door to the pool area. Pool area is very nice, quiet and chilled.
