NetherlandsThe room we stayed in didn’t have a closet, which makes longer stays difficult — guests are essentially forced to live out of their suitcase, which is far from ideal. The internet connection was very poor and only worked properly in the lobby. The fridge was leaking water. Additionally, the windows and the walls are not sound proof; we could hear everything from the neighboring rooms, from people showering to sleeping. Not all things in a room need to be perfect imo. But: Considering all this the hotel charges too much for a simple room. We paid almost a 100 euro a night for a small double twin room. A price of 60-65 euro is far more reasonable for a small room without a closet.
The location of this hotel is excellent. The bed in the room was very comfortable and clean. The overall atmosphere in the hotel is pleasant, and the staff at the entrance are active and attentive. The housekeeping staff are also very friendly, and most of the front desk staff are helpful and accommodating.

Mentioning this to the woman at check and she was pissed off with me.... otherwise I would have rated your staff much higher because they all seem to work hard and interact, good people.

IcelandIts a great location short walk to the beach, restaurants and close a very lively garden where they play live music outside. Swimming pool on top is so beautiful. I arrived late and for my first night they upgraded my room to the sweet that was an awesome experience. My second room was nice but had a few tiny flaws, loud a/c and dripping water in bathroom.

United StatesNice hotel near the beach and nice restaurants. Loved the included breakfast buffet. And the rooftop pool was nice with amazing views of Rio! My room was comfortable and clean, the bed and pillows were comfortable i slept lovely. Shower was good pressure and mini fridge with water was helpful! The staff was very helpful even helping me book Hang-gliding upon my arrival while i waited for my room to be available as i arrived hours earlier than check in time. Hang-gliding was amazing and hotel staff arranged transportation and activity for a reasonable price. Thank you so much!

Great location only 2 blocks away from Copacabana beach. Staff was friendly and breakfast was of high quality. We had a few small issues though, e.g. they changed our room door lock without letting us know with resulting dirt left on the floor and the shower was hard to get to work properly. Other than that, we had a nice stay and would return if the price was right.
