The room we stayed in didn’t have a closet, which makes longer stays difficult — guests are essentially forced to live out of their suitcase, which is far from ideal. The internet connection was very poor and only worked properly in the lobby. The fridge was leaking water. Additionally, the windows and the walls are not sound proof; we could hear everything from the neighboring rooms, from people showering to sleeping. Not all things in a room need to be perfect imo. But: Considering all this the hotel charges too much for a simple room. We paid almost a 100 euro a night for a small double twin room. A price of 60-65 euro is far more reasonable for a small room without a closet.

The location of this hotel is excellent. The bed in the room was very comfortable and clean. The overall atmosphere in the hotel is pleasant, and the staff at the entrance are active and attentive. The housekeeping staff are also very friendly, and most of the front desk staff are helpful and accommodating.

Towels were quite old and dingy. We were on the 17th floor and the sink would sputter and make loud noises when turned on. The toilet also would have water pressure issues.

Great breakfast! Fast elevators. Nice pool and steam room on roof top. Nice lobby. efficient front desk. Spacious room, great layout.

Not much. A little crowded at the breakfast buffet. Laundry service was outsourced and expensive so better to go find one yourself outside of the hotel.

Could not get a glass of wine in the hotel even though it was on the menu Not enough seats/loungers round pool- all were taken so couldn't relax after swim ( only 3 loungers!)

The place has an authentic feel, although certain details could be updated for greater comfort. It's clear the hotel has had its fair share of good times, and with some renovations, it could shine even more.

Hotel staff were helpful in every way. Location was perfect. Couple minutes to the Copacabana beach. Breakfast was delicious with a lot of option to eat.

Multiple times I have stayed here and the check in process is like pulling teeth, surely they can work out how a large busy hotel can check in and check out quicker. Mentioning this to the woman at check and she was pissed off with me.... otherwise I would have rated your staff much higher because they all seem to work hard and interact, good people.

Great gym, proper set up. Great views and roof bar set up. Restaurant limited food selection but excellent staff.

Not well isolated for noises. No towels at the pool for several hours, hammam barely on. Dirty glass in the room. No body lotion nor conditionner. Long line at breakfast.

Its a great location short walk to the beach, restaurants and close a very lively garden where they play live music outside. Swimming pool on top is so beautiful. I arrived late and for my first night they upgraded my room to the sweet that was an awesome experience. My second room was nice but had a few tiny flaws, loud a/c and dripping water in bathroom.

Nice hotel near the beach and nice restaurants. Loved the included breakfast buffet. And the rooftop pool was nice with amazing views of Rio! My room was comfortable and clean, the bed and pillows were comfortable i slept lovely. Shower was good pressure and mini fridge with water was helpful! The staff was very helpful even helping me book Hang-gliding upon my arrival while i waited for my room to be available as i arrived hours earlier than check in time. Hang-gliding was amazing and hotel staff arranged transportation and activity for a reasonable price. Thank you so much!

More communication required regarding certain issues and some areas of the room require modernisation/fixing (shower).

Great location only 2 blocks away from Copacabana beach. Staff was friendly and breakfast was of high quality. We had a few small issues though, e.g. they changed our room door lock without letting us know with resulting dirt left on the floor and the shower was hard to get to work properly. Other than that, we had a nice stay and would return if the price was right.

The falicites are old, but its god. the gym was very old. The location is not the best for Rio but is close to the Copacaban Beach. The room was good, the bathroom some things were old, like the shower. The relationship between price and quality is no the best, I think for that price you have better options. But is not a bad hotel for a few days.
