I know they can't really help it, but the mosquitos swarmed all over right at dusk. Maybe if they closed all.the windows and doors an hour prior, it would help. Or ample warnings to guests to wear long sleeves in the evenings. And an extra mirror in the main room would also help.

Fantastic location, wonderful selection of activities, amazing tour guides (highly recommend Edmond, he’s super knowledgeable, lives across the river and makes each guest feel special!), and delicious food. We had an amazing stay!

The place seemed a little dated. Plumbing seemed a bit old. Ceiling fan was squeaky. Response to my email inquiries was very slow but once I connected via WhatsApp that issue disappeared.

Food was good quality but salty. Good range of options available including several vegetarian options. Easy access to airport. Pool setting was very nice. Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were large. Temperature control was quite good. Good value for the cost of stay.

The TV in my room didn’t work. Someone did try and fix it, but it still didn’t work. The seating around the pool really needs an upgrade, the lounge chairs were old and uncomfortable. The location wasn’t the greatest bc there was nothing around.

The room was nice, and the overall property was nice. I was excited to see some howler monkeys. The staff esp at the pool and restaurant were very helpful! The food for breakfast and dinner were great!

The staff was amazing. Very attentive and helpful. The food was spectacular and the drinks perfect. The property was clean as was our room. The pool refreshing and loved the hammocks. Definitely staying again and highly recommend.

Seemed to be far from the city center. Not able to walk to any stores or local "fast food" places. Being close to the river and in a very wooded area, the mosquitoes did ravish us, even with using repellent. The room did not have any extra seating (sofa, chair or table)

The room was spacious and bed size was good. Rustic feel of the room gave a Belizean and camp feel, very high ceilings and wood trim. River view was gorgeous. Pool area was very nice and clean. Food at the restaurant was very good. Could hear and see several different bird species. Very quiet and secluded. Not many other people on the property. Availability of shuttle to and from the airport for a small fee.

Because we stayed on a Sunday some guests may not be aware local residents can use the pool this day. We think this is great as Belize is our second home! So we s by for a nice canoe ride. It was busy until roughly 5 pm. Then we had the facilities mostly to our selfs!

We liked the quiet location. The complimentary canoe use. The bar/restaurant was very nice. Staff was awesome! River view room was private and lovely. Treated myself to a pedicure/young lady was lovely and I enjoyed it very much! Got to hear the howler monkeys! ( wish I would of known sooner that they came down to the parking lot at times) Was impressed with How the staff walked you to your room and areas u needed to go to! I would recommend this resort.

Restaurant was good but several items were not available. Room could use a fresh coat of paint.

The staff was so friendly and accommodating. The pool and river views were relaxing. The number of birds was amazing. The free use of canoes was an unexpected perk I wish we could have made use of. The bathroom was beautiful and modern. Sheets and bed were comfortable and clean. Bartender knew his stuff and was making fresh and interesting cocktails and juices.

No air conditioning for dining. They didn't have a lot of the items on the menu available. Seemed like the outside could use some maintenance.
