CanadaIt would be better if the curtain thick enough to block out the light completely, though it likely won’t bother most people. The bathroom doesn’t have a lock, which can be a bit inconvenient sometimes.
The room was clean, and the air conditioning was so quiet that we were able to sleep well.

United StatesIt would be a stretch to find something we didn't like. I suppose if pressed, I would say when we arrived, we weren't sure if it was OK to park right in front of the hotel. Otherwise, everything was A+
The location was phenomenal! The train into Old Montreal is a 8 minute walk away, the train itself is only 15-20 min into Montreal. DIX30 Quartier has all the restaurants, shopping you could want. Great French Brasserie Cafe du Theatre is only 2 doors down. The staff was super friendly and the little hotel bar was lovely. Super contemporary rooms and very comfy beds. Free parking. So glad we found this gem!

I was traveling for a concert at the Manuvie Theater, which is right next to the hotel. There is no better place than this in Brossard. The comfort of the room, the professionalism of the service and the kindness of the staff will always remain in my heart. The bed is extremely comfortable. There is everything you need nearby: shops, restaurants, bars, entertainment for children and adults. Simply magnificent!

CanadaThe only isse was the lack of hot water in my room. That ruined the whole experience. I thought it was the whole hotel so I didn't mention it until checkout. It seems it was only my room and they probably could have fixed it. Be aware, the area is VERY heavy with traffic on Fri & Sat days and nights due to all the shopping and one ways. But that's not a deterrent. I would stay there again.
Ample Free Parking available. Everything you need is right there - restaurants, bars, shopping, groceries, cafes, liquor store, spa, etc. The staff were all very professional, attentive, knowledgeable, efficient and helpful. The beds were so comfortable. The rooms were very clean and beautifully decorated.

Canada...no negative comments which are directly under the control of the hotel management!
My apologies, but I'm running out of positive adjectives for this fine property on Montreal's south shore, including their continued "special customer treatment" the hotel's management took upon themselves to keep me from stubbing my toes, when walking around the bed-end corners. The Alt-Dix/30's staff is very professional, yet friendly and welcome their repeat customers by name. Needless to say, the underground, free parking is a very nice touch as well, always greatly appreciated especially during the winter-season.
