I suggested them to include specials for meals for people who sleep there (ex: include coffee in all breakfasts, specials for supper). We had trouble with our tv and we mentioned it. They were available to fix it but we didn't check if it work on our last day. It is an old house renovated so you can hear a bit the neighbours walking in the hall, or people downstairs but after 22h, its quiet.

Great location, 20 min away from Lac Mégantic town. The restaurant is available with reservation. The food is good, reasonable prices and amazing customer service. The beds are very confortable. The bathroom was clean and renovated.

I liked everything about this quaint inn. From the friendly staff who were able to accomodate my lack of ability to speak the french language, to the homemade suppers and breakfasts. The room was lovely, the bathroom was a little tight but adequate. Karen was especially helpful. Thank you!!

it's a very typical quebec hotel with good price. The hotel is close to beautiful lake view city beach. We even to watch a good sunrise in the morning surprisingly. It's also very clean hotel.

To access the room you have to go up an outside staircase with your luggage. Ok for us, but not for elderly or disabled.

The inn is charming, the staff very nice and accommodating. We arrived close to closing time, they made sure we could get a meal. The location is gorgeous, close to a great hike up Cap Scotch with amazing views. Easy drive to town of Lac Megantic and the drive around the lake is very scenic. At the end of the day we enjoyed coming home to the Auberge for a beer and a good meal in the cozy restaurant.

The beds were a little hard/stiff, but that’s just a matter of preference. I still slept well!

The resto/pub isn’t too fancy but the food was excellent and so was the service. The staff was so nice and welcoming. The inn was very easy to find and my room was very cute. I was happy to relax there.

The cold weather!

The room is comfortable and a good size. The shower is a bit small. WiFi good. Staff very friendly and helpful. Good meals. Good location near to Lac Magantic.

Everything was good.

The 3 ladies working at the hotel are awesome, very nice and kind. They always willing to help. The restaurant is super good and not expensive at all. The lake, trials and a park for kids are walking distance, 2 minutes. We traveled with a baby and a 4 years old kid and we have a very good time.

The restaurant for dinner was expensive and the staff insisted for me to pay a 15% service tip. The service personnel in the day was wonderful.

Would have liked it if there was a little more common area for lounging/reading/etc outside of the sleeping room. Sleeping area was fine. Unfortunately, we were there on rainy days and we needed to spend more time inside than we would otherwise. Not the fault of the hosts. Town only has the one restaurant - but it is right there and was very good.
