United States of AmericaWe did play air hockey but noted the table is worn out from use. Also wanted to note that the hot tub in the main bedroom of the suite is a wasted space. A larger bathroom or two would be so much better with 5 people. Also, towel racks and hooks for the robes would be a good idea.
Traveling with three teen/adult children, we loved the suite with the Murphy beds. Everyone enjoyed the Espace Aqua-Détente! Robes are plush, pools are heated to perfection. We also enjoyed the saunas and the gym. The restaurant was delicious. We ate one breakfast there. We used this hotel as a midpoint from airport in Montreal and sightseeing in Quebec. We did not have a chance to hang out in Balzac Pub but it looked like a fun space.

CanadaI booked through Booking.com and asked for queen size beds and was given double beds at the hotel. When I asked if room could be switched, they did but charged me $59 which I find really bad since it was an error from Booking.com and not the client. And the price I had initially paid was for a room with 2 queen beds so why charge me even more. Poor customer service :( Also there should be staff walking outside to have people be quiet at the aqua detente area. People are so careless and basically shout outside without caring that it's a relaxation place
The spa and the hot bath outside were great. My massage therapist Laura was phenomenal. Breakfast and dinner were also very good

United States of AmericaOur only disappointment was that because they were full and our room couldn't be switched, we had to negotiate stairs with our 95 year old mother or wait for staff to bring us through the staff elevator. All staff were very kind and welcoming.
This was the perfect location for us as we wanted to explore the Trois Rivieres area. It was close to the highway for easy access but felt worlds away with its' intimate setting.

BelgiumLack of charm and spirit. Air conditioned in common areas was set far too low (please save the planet). Room design was really weird (bathtub in the room, not possible to open windows, room for kids with no windows). In-room furniture seemed also quite weird (sofas covered with plastic, very functional aesthetic ). Restaurant quite pricey for the quality.
Comfortable beds. Large rooms. Staff is very welcoming. 15mn drive to Trois-Rivieres downtown.

Canada1) The rooms show ''a few'' signs of their age but nothing major.
1) The parking is very accessible, right in front of the main door. 2) The staff at the reception was very friendly both at the arrival and the departure. 3) The grounds are beautiful with many chairs, tables, swings, fire pit and games which makes it easy to enjoy the property. 4) The two pools, indoor, outdoor, and the whirlpool are very clean and beautiful. 5) The rooms are standards but have all what is necessary. 6) The meals that had to be eaten in the room because of Covid-19 yet the food was delicious, worthy of a high end restaurant. 7) The lobby is beautiful and very well decorated. 8) There is a golf course right in front of the hotel and there is spa at the hotel. 9) The building is not high but still there is an elevator to make it easier with the suitcases and vending machines are available. 10) All in all, a very nice place to stay at.

CanadaMany issues with room key card getting demagnetized constantly. very old key card system. Stayed for a 3 night stay, I was told at check in that room are not getting cleaned every night. Since the health state of emergency is over, the reason was it was their new policy… long Covid I guess.. BUT, I asked every morning at the front desk to get the room cleaned and they said yes without hesitation. Might be because of staffing issues
Very nice for the area given its doesn’t have much of a scenic vue over the water. it’s next to a golf course so good for the golfers. Excellent food and breakfast buffet
