Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty

- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Having to pay $50 for late check out, which isn't even for a long period. Check out was at 11 am and I wanted to do a late check out at 1:00 pm. There's no continental breakfast on site. With the money you paid at least a complimentary breakfast would be appreciated.

There were not enough quantities of shampoo/shower gel, etc.
There were NO bedbugs! The room was clean. The linens smelled clean.

The room was frigid with the thermostat set at 63*
The room was comfortable and clean and quiet. I felt "at home" while I was there and the staff were very friendly but professional still. Next time, G-d willing, I'm in the area, I would definitely like to to stay once again at this hotel and location

The pool area still smells horrible like a barn and strong smell was but something up forsure ... The breakfast menu no pictures just food and alot for an order it seemed better idea in my opion buffet style better get the People who pay the extra to have that type of. Style instead of wondering what we getting example 5 pieces of French toast eggs 3 and others was just 1 option pictures would help if not buffet stylle
Great location subway food close shuttle is free for all guest you can hit the ups train from airport and got downtown quick. Great price good not a dump got good Ice machines easy access to them and bathrooms shower good rain shower heads .. the kurigs machine next level lol also lots of parking and gas station right there 29 m away

The staff could be more friendly, the receptionist seemed impatient. If you need to go to downtown Toronto, be prepared to face traffic during rush hour.

It does not have breakfast included with the room fare.
Clean facilities, and neat bedroom. Pretty close to Toronto Prarson Airport, and free shuttle service to the airport is a plus.

They authorize your card before you arrive to “hold reservation. When you arrive they credit the hold. Which does not free up available balance in your bank account right away. And they place a second hold for the rate plus $150. Which is again just a hold. When you check out they don’t check your room for “damages” against the $150 deposit. They finally charge the rental amount for a total of $500+ in charges on your bank or credit card for a $200 room. The charges “fall off” depending on your bank. But was definitely more than 24 hours. The deposit is a gaslight to weed out folks that can’t afford the extra charges. Not even remotely close to the airport in terms of convenience. There is a shuttle at 3pm then not again until 6pm to the airport. The airport shuttle rides is about 20 minutes.

It was located well near the airport and had shuttle service. The shuttle driver was not at the time that the hotel gave me but 15min early which was great because I was waiting but I felt bad for anyone coming later at the appointed time. The room was clean and well appointed. Wish it had a bath tub. Walk-in shower was spacious though dangerous: the entire bathroom was rolled except for the shower stall floor which was by nil/fiverglass (?) it was the white material used for shower surrounds but is extremely slick. Completely smooth. Soon as water touches it is so slippery. The ladies at the front desk were so friendly and professional. Made checking very easy and welcoming
