CanadaThere was nowhere to charge our phones at the bedside. The bathroom door didn’t shut all the way. Checkout was a little disorganized, with three separate groups waiting to be helped in the lobby while a staff member was going to inspect rooms.
The motel is a good location and decently priced, which is why we booked here. Google Maps listed the check-in time as 2pm but when we arrived at 2pm we were informed that check-in was actually 3pm. Fortunately, the staff quickly got our room prepared and were able to check us in by 2:20. We were very grateful for this after a full morning of travel.

NetherlandsThe room was pretty good. Nothing to complain about. Comfortable bed, good shower and simple coffeemaker in the room. There were some peculiar things about this Inn: Not being able to identify myself with my passport; my drivers license was ok, but I had to go back to the hotel to pick it up as it was still on their copier. In the morning I had to wait for a physical room check before we could leave, something I had never experienced during the past three decades. Subsequently I was told that my daughter should not have used perfume in the room. Some guests could be allergic to it. Weird, but alas,we were being told this in a friendly way
