The room next door left the TV on all night. It was hard to get to sleep.

There was no elevator to facilitate access to my room and as I had a cane for 2 broken toes they did not offer me the use of another room on the first floor . Also there was icy conditions and hard snow and ice in the handicap parking area.

Signage needed at ground level- large sign above entrance was very visible but the driveway had no lighting or sign pointing to the hotel below.

Desk staff very friendly. Room & bathroom were clean. Breakfast was hot and there was a lot of food. We had scrambled eggs, sausages, potatoes, coffee, juice. There was also toast, bagels, fruit, yogurt. It was help yourself service.

When we originally bokk we ask for a low floor because of my medical issues we had to call two or three time to get thos sirt it out booking .com didn't request what we asked but after talking directly to the hotel.staff all was ckear up and we had a great stay and will.stay again

An elevator would be a wonderful addition to the property - we like being on the 2nd floor but found the steps to be a real challenge.

The cleanliness was excellent as well as the staff - very friendly & efficient.

The first room given to us smells like cigarettes, the second room is ok, it's just that the shower curtains need to be changed smells damp and really bad.

The staff are accommodating and gave options for the room.

I know newer hotels don’t do this, but more overhead light would be nice. Also, the guests next to us were smoking outside their room and the air conditioning units are in the walls to the outside so we couldn’t turn our A/C on until they went back into their room. Would be nice to have a smoking area away from the building.😀

Solid breakfast. Comfortable room and beds. Close to highway but not noisy. Nice that the rooms had sliding glass doors and we could park just outside and unload/load our luggage that way.

stafff were awesome especially Thomas.....he went out of his way to make us comfortable and meet our needs.....rooms were clean and bed was comfy.....location was quiet even tho it was close to highway.......parking right at room door so easy access to room

Nice and close to the concert venue at the Casino. Room was big. We were on the first floor, and I liked that we could park outside our room and use patio doors to unload luggage. Breakfast was hot and very good.

was quite concerned when told at reception that there had been incidents of car break-ins at the site and nearby hotels. Guests were asked to not leave anything in their cars. I had a lot of luggage that I had not planned on taking out of the car for a one night stay but had to for safety reasons.
