The room isn’t very soundproof - we could clearly hear our neighbours upstairs when they got home around midnight. Bed is very firm, will bring my own pillow next time.

Location is super central to everything you need in and around Comox! Clean, simple rooms with the essentials, great place for one-night stays.

The building is no smoking. The lower floor reeked of cigarette smoke. Upper floor was better but still noticeable.

Did not have a breakfast. I was on a ski trip, and the restaurant opens too late.

Door, lock area could have sealed a bit better. Kids slept in lil room off main, a nice little TV in there would have been great. Smaller side table lamp would have been nice too, main light pretty bright and light over bed extremely bright.

Location is great, lots of parking. Lady at front desk very nice. Bed very comfortable and great value, we always stay here when in town.

There wasn't a fire alarm in my portion of the room. It was an adjoining room. Room 111 had one; room 112 didn't. The reason I looked was because my kids smelled smoke in their room. We believe maybe it was from outside, so we shut the window. But then I noticed no fire alarm. Anyways, all was well, but I didn't feel safe after that. Although the room was clean, the floors needed a good mop. My socks were brown from walking around the room. They're was also what looked like mud in one of the room floors. No light in kitchen. No dish soap there to wash dishes, but was provided when asked. The microwaves in each room had the same issue: the glass plate in it didn't actually fit in it and moved around. It was annoying but ok. However, the second day it fell out when opened and it shattered everywhere. There wasn't a broom so I had to phone to get one. They then sent me to find the maid who then got me one and I swept it up. Luckily, no one was hurt. Just some safety issues that should be addressed.

Location was good. Beds were clean and bathroom was clean. Dishes and kitchen were useful. Adjoining rooms provided a spacious place and a living room with a clean comfortable sofa was appreciated.

The people next door were noisy until 3am. Sound really carries from room to room. There were no outlets where there was a mirror to plug in a hairdryer. Most places have one in the bathroom. There is no counter space in the bathroom to put toiletries.

No hair dryer of place to plug one in. Bathroom quite small, no fan but opening window with a good screen.

No breakfast included. The room was nice, heating and cooling both worked well. Staff was prompt , courteous and friendly. Parking easy and close to unit.

There was no breakfast, unless you went to the Hen and Hog next door to buy it. The building is quite old, there was a dead bug in the corner of the room, the shower and bathroom were small, the bed was hard and the sheets were not soft at all. The entry door was very hard to open and I had to get my key card swiped again. The best part of it, was they helped me upstairs with my suitcase and had great staff, plus a table and 2 chairs in the room. Not somewhere I'd go again.

Fairly old and the fridge in one of our rooms prevented sleep so had to be turned off. The shower was very compact in one of the rooms and the plumbing was a bit sketchy.

Ready and clean when we arrived. Beds were comfortable and interior was freshly painted.

The neighbors under us banged on the ceiling told us to be quiet it was still early and we were just walking around in our suite.

Building is in need of repairs as towel bar in our room had coming of the wall, been repaired and was coming of the wall again. I think they are in the process of doing upgrades, but still lots needs to be done

Internet did not work but the evening lady came and helped, it was not plugged in. There was no coffee when we arrived. The second day there was no coffee, no face cloth and no hand towel and no bag for the ice bucket… The maids really need to do a better job. The bed was not made well, sheets just kind of pulled up… I had a difficult time plugging in Coffee pot and microwave, there was a power var but the cords on these items were very short, they need a separate extension cord for that…

Would have loved to have had a kettle!

We really liked the location of our room, off to the side of main complex and that the bedroom window & bathroom window offered a cross breeze. Loved the King size bed, clean crisp sheets, and also the clean towels each day. Appreciated the air conditioner and mini fridge!
