The waiting area at the elevators on the 6th floor smells like wet dog, or dirty mop, or something. Really unfortunate and a big turn off.

The bed was comfortable, room was clean and the breakfast buffet was a great touch. Also the location is very close to the Woodbine casino.

Unlike city center, there are a few choice of restaurants, as anticipated.

The hotel is at one of the best locations to the Airport. There were noises from landing airplanes but the guests should accept it considering the good location. The free-of-charge airport shuttle service is departing every 30 min., which is really helpful. Some other hotels provide less frequent airport shuttle service.

Only had rooms for 2 guest. I was traveling alone and was looking to pay a little for one person room

Pool was closed for maintenance. Beds are very uncomfortable. A little pricey for how small the rooms are.

The breakfast buffet. Extremely overpriced for the quality. The only good experience was the server. I wish I had gotten her name, so I could give her credit. Incredibly friendly, fast, and was super nice to my daughter.

The pool was not open. The guests should be notified upon booking if the pool is not open. The restaurant food was good but expensive.

The bed was so so comfortable and the TV giant. The front staff was very nice.

We choose the hotel because of the pool. The pool was closed. If we had of known the pool was closed we would have chosen another hotel. The guests should be notified upon booking that the pool is closed.

The staff was amazing. Our room was available at 1:30pm. The hotel called us when we were downtown to let us know. This was perfect. The beds were so comfortable. The front desk gave us snacks for the evening. We caught happy hour at the restaurant. The food was good and the server was wonderful. Thank you Lori and Daniel from Nova scotia.

The hot water takes forever to warm up. At first, I thought there was a problem but after running the tap for several minutes, the water eventually got up to temperature. Also water pressure wasn’t very strong.

Very clean and recently updated. The beds and pillows were super comfortable! Staff were very helpful and friendly. Airport shuttle was very handy and efficient.

Swimming pool was closed for repairs but i was never informed of this although i booked 2 weeks in advance. I packed a bathing suit and planned my time with the intention to swim. I was also disappointed by the boring mediocre breakfast. Only quality items were the yoghurt parfaits and the cooked oatmeal. The rest of the food offered was cheap food court quality.

Airport road noise had to pay for full day parking even though we checked in at 11pm ond out by 7:30 am was told at booking morning food and parking was in pakage but still had to pay parking

It wasnt the most fun that breakfast wasnt included but you take what you can grt sometimes

It was really easy for me to get where i wanted to go and there were so many restaurants in walking distant that i loved. The staff are really friendly and help ful
