“Room service was prompt and excellent. Elevators were quick and efficient during peak times which compared to other hotels they seem to be congested at peak times. They were able to meet my request for early check-in due to our situation, and I was surprised at the upgraded room they gave me. The rooftop pool is a beautiful oasis to enjoy amazing vistas of the downtown Toronto waterfront.”

So nice to see the night lights of all the rides. Room service was good within 45 mins for delivery of food an the restaurants are top notch!”
