The only thing I had issue with was comfort. The bed was a bit firmer than what I’m use to but that’s simply personal preference.

The ode was close to everything and all around a good stay. Clean and relaxing.

Only thing was a little bit of noise one night about 1am from other guests returning from a night out, having a loud conversation right outside our door, not the hotel’s fault obviously.

Great location a short tube or tram ride right into the centre of Toronto but in a really cool neighbourhood with loads of little cafes, wine bars and restaurants in easy walking distance. Really comfortable bed and great furnishings. Alex was really friendly and helpful explaining everything to us and pointing out how to get to the tube station.

The light in the room is very bright, bordering on harsh. A few lamps with more subdued, warmer light would be a major improvement to this room. A few hooks near the bathroom to hang towels and clothing would also be a good idea. I did miss a table to sit and work at, though I can see that would come at the expense of the couch.

Wonderful and surprising place hidden behind a small facade in a lively and colourful area of Toronto. Cool room, good bed and shower. Friendly staff, who gave me some very useful tips for food and coffee. Good and friendly communication by text.

I was a bit surprised by the basement room and the lack of light but I slept really well and was mostly there to sleep so it didn't really matter.

Very comfy bed, appreciated the high-quality soap/lotion/shampoo and the complimentary eye patches. Extremely clean and great location.

Check in is a bit weird, there is no lobby and if you don’t have a phone connection or internet data is hard to make contact. We waited 20 minutes for someone to come get us from the front door. They could simply share the WiFi password and solve the communication problem. The hold deposit on the room is pretty expensive and I just don’t think it’s a nice thing to do.

Good location, nice room, modern and clean amenities. Bathrobes and towers and slippers provided, which is a nice luxury to have!

The hotel is a family owned and run (all female) business and they’ve done an amazing job! Erica (Mum) is so helpful and responsive. It’s in a great area of Toronto and easy to get downtown, either via walking or streetcar. So many little shops and restaurants are close by so you don’t even have to head downtown if you don’t want to! Would highly recommend and would come back in an instant when returning to Toronto.

We love staying here at this really cozy and comfortable studio. Spacious and lovely. Great location to boot. The hosts were such gracious people. We loved the coffee shop next door called Larry’s. Great coffee and pastry for breakfast. The studio has a kitchen which is a plus. Highly recommended. Look no more and book this place!!

Nothing! Everything was perfect. I didn’t see any coffee/tea in the room but I didn’t ask either.

Location was perfect for me (I arrived by train, made a commute from Union Station and then a commute to Budweiser Stage). And I loved the personal touch of eye masks on the pillow and the style of the room was welcoming! Loved having the tv on the fireplace channel, too.

The room was beautifully designed, pretty big, and very comfortable. The bed was so nice! The staff was super nice, friendly, and accommodating. It is in a central location and walkable to many restaurants, cafes, shopping, and public transportation. We had a wonderful stay!
