We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The dinner and breakfast was excellent. I would highly recommend Athens Greek grill to anyone who wants to try something new. The location is easy to find as well.

CanadaI had to ask for a blanket and coffee cups. I did a pre ch3ck in a still had yo go through everything as if I didn't. The staff were nice but, she wasn't at the desk much an when I texted I new I got an Ai cause when she finally came to the desk I had to tell her what I needed again. Room was dirty hairs all over including in bathroom.
The beds were really comfortable and the breakfast was amazing. The server at restaurant was very nice.

CanadaMy room was very dirty, ketchup on the wall, potato chips in the bed, garbage on the bathroom floor, and it was very loud. I could hear every single footsetp from the room above and the hallway. I told the lady a the front desk and she blamed me for the dirty room and refused to refund my one night stay. Then they proceeded to charge me for 3 nights the following day. I contacted them and she claimed it was the fault of a new trainee and they would refund the overcharge in 3-5 days. Absolutely horrible experience and I will never stay at another Ramada property as long as I live!

CanadaIt is dirty, including the fridge in the room. The hallways have a very unpleasant smell. There are cracked windows. The bathtub is old and beat up. The carpets are filthy. Air-conditioned are old and loud. I am not even that picky, I can't imagine if it was a business cohort. The outside of boxspring was visually dirty as well.
