Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

In my opinion this isn’t a very family oriented hotel. Parking for bigger vehicles was not good and room was fairly small for price. $125 a night hotel for $175.

There was a guest next to our room that was very nasty and didn’t give us any room to get out of the drivers seat when we parked next to our room.

The food selection keeps getting less and less for breakfast. Been staying many years. Understand food prices gone up but the second day we chose not to eat there as unfortunately day one, bread was stale, hashbrowns were soggy, and hard boiled eggs are not the greatest choice for only protein. Wish you could do better with it as I like to go with family as a reasonably priced place with decent breakfast but maybe that's changing

Our room was just too close to the outside entrance. So you could here the door slam shut all the time. And someone's vehicle alarm going off randomly throughout the first night. And the beer cans on the window shelfs on the outside rooms where I was parked

Heat wasn't turned on...fan kept kicking in during middle if night and was very loud. Toilet kept running and wouldn't flush properly.

Breakfast that’s included was not very good, only boiled eggs for protein and soggy hash browns. Not many options at all. Guest there looked so sick rubbed his snot all over his hands then pumped the syrup bottle that everyone uses. When the maids were cleaning all day every day they just let the doors slam and utility room door slam every 30 seconds to a minute for hours on end. Was so loud and disturbing and I was there for relaxation and meditation which I could not accomplish this weekend :( I was charged extra money because I had a couple friends join me for a few hrs in the pool and hot tub one evening and wasn’t told anywhere that that isn’t allowed or that there would be a fee for that. Never heard of it.
Love the price. The comfy bed and pillows. The hot temp hot tub. The location. All needed things so close in walking distance. Great restaurants close by. Love that you can actually take a water bottle or drink into the pool hot tub area. This is biggest reason I will go back.

Needs a little TLC in certain areas like the pool tiles could use a deep clean.
Having an indoor Pool and hot tub open for long hours. The breakfast provided was a nice variety of hot and cold food.

Access to Building a little bit awkward.
I needed to go back and forth from foothill hospital the location was convenient and the kids had a pool to play in while we weren't at the hospital. We also brought our puppy which was no issue with them for only a small fee.The complimentary breakfast is well put together with many option I will go back again!

The entry door to the room was a bit narrow, was difficult moving my luggage in and out a bit, but not impossible. TV remote was non-functional to a large degree, but maintenance made it work.
Breakfast was easily as good as any other of it's type. Bed was very comfortable, although the room was a bit warmer than I like.

Very pleased overall and will be booking at your location for our next visit.
Location, amenities, comfortable beds and the swimming pool was a lot of fun. Easy access to the rooms and ample parking is appreciated. We didn't travel with our dog this trip but knowing that we can bring her along next time is an added bonus.
