Real Bookers. Real stays. Real opinions.
Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United States of AmericaThe ventilation could be a bit better, it was 28C inside even when it was 20C outside.
All facilities are great. I think it's one of the best kitchen I've ever seen in hostels. Staff is friendly and helpful.

SingaporeWe stayed in the female dorms and it was 8 people to 1 shower and toilet so it got a little busy sometimes.
Friendly staff, clean rooms and lots of space in the common areas to chill around. Loved the location since it's not too far from the main village and we still get some quiet. Got some bonus partial views of the mountains from our room as well. Great place for a one night stay!

United States of AmericaThe bed was too 'flabby' and increased my back pain. Also it is too 'low' to the ground. Note: I am a 64 year old person with arthritis so having a supportive bed that would be less low to the ground would be fantastic. Perhaps create 10% of your beds higher and with more supportive less bumpy and soft mattress for persons who are older and disabled. The bathroom didn't have a fan or a lid on the toilet. When you share a room and have to go '#2 it would be way better to have a fan and a toilet lid to reduce unpleasant odors! Suggest to put 'quiet hours after 10pm. There were people moving around in the halls and talking after 10pm and that was disruptive to sleep. Suggest people talk softly after 10pm in rooms and in hallways and go to social room near kitchen to have more time to be active and converse. We spoke to a German young man in the elevator who said he felt very sick. He said he'd been too ill to engage in activities for several weeks. He was very close to us in the elevator. I would suggest having COVID test kits in the lobby and when a person checks in tell them if they feel sick to please notify the staff right and give them a COVID test to use and if positive to quarantine and help them get access to a nurse, food delivery and what else they may need. Suggest to give everyone in writing when they register and before they use the kitchen a little lesson in how to clean and sanitize the shared counters, handles etc. in the kitchen once finished cooking. Mention about cleaning out the sink's little basket after you clean your pots and pans especially. A lot of people are leaving a lot of food debris in these baskets rather than emptying it into the compost so it is clean for the next person. It was unclear which of the spray bottles was for cleaning and what the contents were.
The two women who met us during reception were very nice, friendly, happy and positive. I speak a little French just from school and tried speaking to her. She helped me with some pronunciation and comprehension and was very sweet and kind to me and my partner. Check in was super easy and quick and it was easy to find our rooms. The kitchen was very well outfitted and spacious. So happy with the excellent 'bin' system where you put your name and can store both cold stuff and room temp stuff. We couldn't find a freezer to put our freezer packs for our cooler. Not sure if you have one? Liked having the electric kettle to quickly boil water. Suggest adding a reminder attached to the chord to PLEASE TURN OFF AFTER YOU USE IT! Because it is SUCH hot water and the kettle itself burned my hand a bit and this unit could potentially be a fire hazard due to the high heat of the pot itself that is kept at a high temp. We LOVED our room location's incredible views of the mountains. When I first arrived there was a 'low lying' rainbow spread over trees to the east that I took a picture of. The big, fat black bear that was only just across the parking lot from my car that was enjoying chowing down on a bunch of grass the first evening when we returned to our room. That was extra special! Like that you have a pool table even though we didn't have time to use it. A swimming pool of course and a hot tub and sauna would be a totally awesome addition. You could charge an extra amount of $20 or $25 for using it to pay for the maintenance and people who can't afford this could do an hour of work trade to use it so no one would be excluded. Would suggest adding a section for FREE FOOD. We had extra food as we were leaving that wouldn't be able to be taken across the border.
