Like every hotel restaurant food was a bit pricey.

Room was bright and very clean. Reception staff was friendly. Hotel was 5 minutes from our venue.

The parking could have been I closed with the room at this price, but I had to pay an extra 20$ for it. It's fine, but it would have been nice to know about that extra charge before, as up until checkout, it seemed like it was included as part of the room.

Awesome location. Clean rooms as well. Staff was excellent, and have me access to the parking a few hours before check in so that I could walk around the city without my car.

Two things that is good to be considered: first they locked my car tires as the blue tag was inside the car dashboard and it took half an hour to open. the heater air goes through a cold window and reflects cold air.

All were great. great location near to every place and their room was sparkling clean. the view of the 11th floor was awesome.

Very spacious and quiet. Sheets were changed daily. Room was neat and tidy. Bottled water was replaced daily. Good Wifi for office working.

I found the staff to be somewhat rude. Perhaps it's a cultural difference, but we waited for ten minutes to check in with 2 out of 3 staff available, but no one even looked at us, or said "Just a moment, we will be right with you" etc. It was sort of uncomfortable. Also, Breakfast was not included and it was a bit pricey.

The location was perfect for us. It was an easy 30 minute walk to the old town and also an easy walk to Catherine street. ( also the metro was very close). The room was larger than average and it was very clean and comfortable. Parking was easy, right under the hotel.

The price of rooms in this hotel in Montreal is getting crazy, they are getting at or above New York City prices, and the amount to park your car is way over priced. I prefer to stay with IHG brands, but will definitely look at staying with what ever brand that is reasonably priced, no more staying with what used to be my favorite brand in Montreal.

Hotel location is good, hotel is also in good shape. Friendly staff, check in was fast, and I arrived early and my room was ready, a big plus. Service at the restaurant was good, but 16.00 for a bagel and coffee is pretty steep...

We came home late one night and were too tired to look for a restaurant so we ordered some soup and snacks from the restaurant below. That ended up ro be a very expensive proposition with multiple service, convenience and other charges.

Our room was on the third floor with a view on the maiin Street. The street noise was nicely contained and didn't bother us. The hvac system was also very efficient and quiet. The room was very clean, the bathroom was roomy and had enough towels for a family of 4. The towels were exchanged at least once during our 3 nigh stay.

The entire. Decor of the hotel: clean modern lines with components of rustic wooden decor that gave us a homy feeling. Kind and helpful staff which was very responsive. Overall we had great time.
