Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Always impeccable, spacious, beautiful. Used the pool this time to refresh myself after a hot day of hiking. Staff members were superb - friendly, helpful, knowledgeable.

United StatesThe parking garage was absolutely ridiculous. We drive a Honda Pilot and there’s no way we could park in our assigned space (in a corner against a metal fence partially blocking the spot). We arrived on Sunday and the front desk was closed with instructions to drive to the neighboring hotel for help. Tired and weary, we trekked back down the hill only to be told by the front desk clerk that she didn’t know anything about the other hotel. After calling her manager, she was able to give us a pass to park in visitor parking. However, when we got back to the garage we discovered 1) the visitor spots were all taken and 2) they weren’t any bigger than the assigned spot. Luckily someone was leaving and because it wasn’t in a corner, we were about to make a 12 point turn to get in the spot. Navigating all of this after a long drive was frustrating. It also meant that we were worried to leave because we possibly wouldn’t have a parking spot upon our return.
Room was clean and spacious. Great location across from the lake. You could walk to the village (about a 15 minute walk) or take the free shuttle that runs every 30 minutes. The small kitchen was handy and we enjoyed having breakfast on the back porch while taking in the nature and birds.

CanadaPoor lighting in the bedroom. No AC so it was very hot (mid summer trip) and the provided fans were not enough. For this price I don't think the guests should clear the trash to a garbage room....
Great location! Super close to Lost Lake and an easy ride to the village with the shuttle. The pool was fun!

United StatesSecurity keypads and door codes were obnoxious and felt excessive! Constantly had to refer to my welcome email to know which code was to be used where! Extremely inconvenient! No guest parking instructions on welcome email and non occupant guest parking was very limited to non existent. Garbage/recycling/food waste removal was gross/ a pain and inconvenient. Check out time is too early! 10:am on a Sunday is ridiculous especially when you have to wash your dishes and remove trash! Front desk staff not super friendly, knowledgeable or helpful!
Very nice resort and unit was very nice as well. Kitchen was well appointed and functional. Liked the separate shower stall and LOVED the big deep tub! I'm a big guy and usually there's not much room for water. I was able to completely submerge. It was glorious!

CanadaTINY parking space! We have an average sized car and it was a challenge to park.....saw lots of scrapes from cars on various posts there! The car next door to us was parked over the line, so we had to personally knock on their door to move it! Not ideal. The stalls should be re-aligned to fit today's Monster trucks! Customer service was lacking. Had to go through Le Chamois to resolve issues.
Very spacious, well laid out condo. Quiet and enjoyed the surrounding trees and peacefulness! Well equipped kitchen.
