Place is need of up keep and repair. Tv cabinet wobbly, table had a collapsed leg, matress on hideaway bed was upside-down. Front desk staff could have been friendlier, breakfast was marginal.

The hallways smell so bad... I can even describe the smell, a mix between poop and humidity. All furniture in the room looks very old and damaged like the dresser and end tables. They do not change the towels... our towels were dirty and even little wet. The washroom was poorly cleaned. The location is too noisy at night.

Even though the sheets were clean the bedding was running on it's last legs. In all the facility was kept clean but couldn't escape the impression of being very run down and in need of some upgrades. Carpets were very worn down and stained here and there and cabinets looked very worn. The breakfast was served in a clean area but was very, very basic. The best were the muffins but they were only there for 2 of the 5 spend mornings. Overall it was a place to sleep after long days in town but did not by anything the standard I would expect with the name Ramada on it.

I liked that the sheets and towels were clean and that the facility was fairly quiet. Although i didn't dip in the pool, I did check out the area and it looked in decent state. The fitness room was tiny but had all the basic needs.

No elevators for people with disabilities or people with health problems who can't walk or stand too long. Place to hand coats was broken. There is only one garbage bin in a big room. There was an issue with air quality in the room. And signs of the ceiling may need some treatment for molding.

Bed sheets were dirty and had body hair on it, it was disgusting!

We've left very early at 5:00 am since it was unbearable to stay there any longer due to very loud music and drums, we didn't have breakfast, we simply run away. Though desk reception was great!

If you want to experience sleeping on a slab of concrete, this place has you covered! Beds straight from Bedrock City. And who needs blankets when your slab of conrete is outfitted with a heavy sheet? The shower is great, as long as you're not over 4' tall, and leave those pesky electronics at home, with the lack of working wall outlets to plug anything in, you won't need them at all! There's even some cute phallic grafiti on the bathroom door.

There wasn't much to like. Staff seemed nice.

No elevator. Ice bucket with no lid. Unfriendly reception staff. One tiny, tiny soap bar for shared use between sink and shower. No hair dryer. Small bath towels which had stains on them. The one chair had fabric with stains and holes. I paid $358 Cdn for one night and one person and got a really bad room in exchange.

For the amount I paid and it being a Ramada I was expecting Ramada standards. The property is beside the highway and never quiet, staff don’t speak English, they take full payment up front only credit or cash - no debit option, room was not clean - furniture in room is disgusting and broken - needs replacing, curtains are shredded and discoloured and don’t close all the way, door to the patio doesn’t work that well or lock properly and deck is shared with next room. Bathroom door is poorly patched up and looked like maybe someone kicked it in at some point. The plug near the vanity didn’t work so hairdryer didn’t work, I asked For a new one and they came up with one, removed it from the wall then figured it was the plug, they left the room and never returned or let me know what was going on. Wore sandals in the shower and throughout due to carpets being never cleaned maybe ever. I live In hotels for work and this was like a very expensive roach motel. I kept my bag on hard surfaces only and bought a sheet to cover the bed for sleeping. Smells like mold and dirty feet in the room. Microwave only works intermittently. Truly awful stay.

Wifi was good It was conviently located to the host hotel for the event I was Attending, I was able to walk to my appointments at the best western plus easily.

Poor management, they required me to put pay cash on the spot and unable to give me a receipt upon check -out. They didn’t charged me based on on my reservation through booking.com. Charged me parking and paid cash too. The rooms are filthy and not being maintained in the standard of booking.com. I stay so many time in Ramada Wyndham ~ so far this Abbotsford is the worst one and the poorest maintained hotel.

The place looked like a run down dump. There was debris falling from the floor above. The first room we had had no tv. The 2nd room we had had no shower curtain...it just felt like a motel from the 70's that has bot been renovated.. don't trust the pictures. I felt uncomfortable there. Will not be back. It needs serious renovations.

The facilities are fairly old. The room had writing on the walls and there was a ton of graffiti in the outside stair wells which also smelled of urine. The room was very cold with no thermostat.

The price point and fairly close to Abbotsford Centre.
