We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

CanadaThey took the fridge out. No way to keep food in the hotel room. Wouldn’t let you use ice for the cooler either. Room had a thong and socks under the bed when we got into the room toilet paper role holders are rusted and broke and look awful. Spa bath was falling apart. Put up a fight about the weight limit of dogs which they want under 30 lbs I have service dogs which by law they cant discriminate based on weight size or breed. They eventually gave up rented us a room and made it seem like they was doing us a favour by accepting the service dogs. Breakfast is free however ppl over take and leave nothing for others shouldn’t be a free for all or have someone monitoring as ppl were taking 3-6 muffins for themselves. Pool deck was disgusting. Bandaids left on the pool side and in the pool. Dogs were on pool deck where they shouldn’t be not sanitary. For the price of the room you can get better for less at other hotels that allow dogs and don’t charge for them.

CanadaThe reception staff asked me for my credit card details, which seemed strange to me, but they said I had to give them both details. 5 days later, they had charged 1,385 CAD from my credit card. I managed to contact my bank to help me, but if I hadn't realized it in time, I could have had to pay that amount. I'm not sure it was here, but it's the only place where I had to give my card. I'm mentioning this so they can regulate this issue and be careful.

CanadaThe room was small as compared. Had spa, but glass around one corner was broken. Going to the first floor, using the staircase wasn’t pleasant, as it was old, rusted, and not clean. One of the room AC had water leak outside which made the dirty algae and we had to cross that to reach our room 🙁. Cleaning the room is not enough it has to be surrounding as well. No water filling jug, no microwave (you have to go to front desk for every time u need to heat something). Fridge if you want you need to pay and request.
