All the rooms I booked were supposed to be nonsmoking. One of the 4 rooms I booked smelled intensely like smoke. They claimed the previous customers in the room must’ve smoked despite it being a nonsmoking room. My question was how well Do the staff clean their rooms before the next guest checks-in if they don’t catch huge issues like this?

The rooms were surprisingly nice for the value with jacuzzis which was surprising.

Even though the A/C cooled the room very well, it was super loud — but nothing a pair of earplugs can’t fix (or just treat it like a sleep soundtrack 😅). The TV only had one working channel — the rest were either paid or not connected, so it’s better to bring a laptop if you want entertainment. The pillows were what we liked the least — they were really small, and one per person wasn’t enough. Two per person would be more comfortable, or ideally, larger pillows altogether. There was also a small issue with the smoke detector — the battery was low, and it started making a loud, high-pitched beep every minute during the night. Thankfully, it stopped after about 30 minutes, but it started again during the day. Not a dealbreaker, but definitely annoying.

We were pleasantly surprised by our stay! The location is very convenient, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. The room was impressively clean, especially considering the look of the motel itself and the variety of guests. Our expectations were low, but the team did a great job — everything turned out just fine 👌🏻 The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable — perfect for work or streaming. We had a smoking room (even though we don’t smoke — my husband only vapes), but surprisingly, there was absolutely no unpleasant smell at all. That was a big plus! It was also super easy to order food delivery to the room — drivers had no trouble finding the motel or our room number. Overall, it’s a solid option for a short stopover.

Access to road was bad. One lane for going out and coming in on a busy highway, where a bus lane is your first exit. Besides dealing with high Mount of snow blocking view. Accident is likely to happen.

Good location just a short distance off of Highway 10. Room was large and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable. Good WiFi and parking. The price was very good too. It is only a 10 min drive to get into Montreal . We have stayed here before and will definitely stay again.

How I was greeted.

I just needed some alone time , a bed and a shower. I had no expectations

The room did smell a little bit of smoke when we walked in and there was no shower in one of the units. Our colleague had to shower in the jacuzzi all crouched over.

I found some coins on the floor next to the bedside table, which indicates to me that they don't clean very thoroughly and the shower water was hot and intermittent.

The staff is very friendly, except for a young girl who served us at the reception desk at noon. The room was very large and with all the amenities you might need. The bed was very comfortable.

We are glad we stopped here. We had a room with a jacuzzi, not big, but clean, snow-white towels, clean bed linen, shampoo, soap. TV, refrigerator, microwave, coffee, coffee machine. They slept well, it was quiet. Opposite is a nice cafe with breakfast

the key cards for the rooms would be deactivated very easily, so we had to go to the front desk nearly everyday to get them re-magnetized, luckily there was someone at the desk 24/7 to do so

Attendant claimed I had booked a smokers room and asked for a $30 surcharge to have a non smokers room. I have to verify whether there was an error in my booking.
