The bathroom is small and the bathroom lighting not good. Very hard to see to do makeup etc. it was nice to have a magnifying mirror, however the light on it didn’t work!

Our room could have had a little more closet space. Not enough space to hang dresses and ironed dress shirts. Paint could use a little touching up.

Excellent location. The staff are amazing. The room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. We really enjoyed having the mini kitchen to make our own breakfast. So handy to have a safe in the room. We had a lovely view to the street side. We felt that we had made the perfect choice. It truly had the Quebec charm we were looking for.

Nothing in our short trip. Maybe just the limited capacity of the parking (we could easily find a spot around check-in time, but in the evening, we decided not to bring the car to browse the city as we could lose our parking space)

The location is perfect. The hotel is an old building but renovated in a good way. We stayed for one night and everything was absolutely lovely. I knew about the noise from downstairs so I asked for a room on higher floor which also had a good view over the street where people were dancing till midnight. Enjoyed it very much.

Couldnt explore the restaurant attached to the property as they close quite early I felt. Also Parking we had to work our way to be able to get some extra time, but finally it worked.

Loved the ROOM. Spacious and very beautifully designed I thought. It was a short visit. Closeby grocery was avlbl which was great

Parking was limited and we had to park off sight for the 2 days we rented a car due to lack of space.

Fantastic location within walking distance of all of the major attractions and restaurants. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Excellent kitchen facilities for self catering with a four burner electric stove, large microwave and refrigerator.

lack of place(s) for "stuff" in bathroom, e.g. around sink. It would be really nice to have a place to apply makeup, dry/style hair, etc. outside the bathoom. Note: this is my most common complaint/request at most place we stay.

I didn't like that there was a man smoking in the entryway to the building across from the main hotel, where we were staying. He had all of his luggage (4 bags) on the steps and made no effort to move to accommodate us entering the building (in the pouring rain). He was blowing smoke in our faces, gross!

The room was spacious for a family of 3 and very comfortable. There was only one working light in the bathroom, so it was challenging to see at times. The location was superb, with lots of shops and restaurants in close walking proximity. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. There was also parking on site, which is rare, so convenient!

The old windows didn't close properly and let all the cold air in. The kitchen cupboards were a little worn. Room service availability would have been a good option
