The rooms could have been cleaner, like the walls and spaces that you don't see right away. And the beds/pillows weren't the most comfortable. The WiFi wasn't very strong.

I loved the patio entrance right where the car was parked, and having a little balcony if you're in the second floor. The hot tub and the pool was great, especially after skiing /snowboarding. I liked the mini fridge and microwave and even had a few dishes with dish soap. In all, great value, location wise, good, everything is close in Saint-Sauveur, it's a super small town.

« Kitchenette » is a bit of an exaggeration but there was a fridge and microwave in the room. No toaster and no toaster available at front desk.

Pretty clean, renovated bathrooms, no carpets in the room is great for asthmatic people.

The staff is attentive and friendly. We stayed here because it is close to family, but it's a nice comfortable place where we we've been before and would come again. We didn't stay long enough to experience breakfast or swimming pool. Parking is very convenient.

the only problem we had was the air conditioning in the living room was not strong but the bedroom was perfect , we were in room 205.

place was nice and clean . Comfy bed and the view of the mountains was nice . We had a little balcony . Not in the center of town but not far by car and lots of parking behind the church or across the street behind shopping

There is no restaurant at this hotel! It is closed they are looking for new « restaurant « but we were never notified about this when booking the hotel. It’s says resto bar when we went to ask about it the receptionist said it was closed.

Furniture and fireplace were dusty Furniture was in bad condition There were no instructions on how to turn off the air conditioning Three bath mats and one hand towel were found in the bathroom. As a result, a bath mat had to be used as a hand towel. A dirty bathrobe was left on the hook on the back of the door in the bathroom. No information provided on how to operate the TV with the remote.

Poor maintenance of the property overall - it appears neglected Room was not cleaned properly before. Digital lock on the room door broken - I had to ask 5 times to reprogram without success. Finally, one of the receptionist (John), accused me of faking the door lock being broken! Yeah, why would I run to the reception 5 times? Faucet clogged - took 24 hours to address it Screen door to the patio ripped - had a big hole on it Plastic table on the patio - collapsed on use Toilet flush broken. Had to manually adjust each time. Fridge was not cooling properly Patio grass neglected - overgrown

The swimming pool need to adjust their quality of clear water…..we couldn’t go in because of it….sad…it is the only think we wish will be fix next time… They need a bar with a little space for a danse floor….no one have that in st-sauveur…great for the business and the client
