AC unit is loud and blows air directly towards bed. Placed chair in front to divert airflow and was much better. Shower pull tab is not very good.

Clean rooms, right off the highway and close to A&W, Dominos, a breakfast place and other restaurants on Innovation Dr. A short drive away from everything to see in Kingston. Bed was comfortable and clean and the room was spacious. For what you are paying it's very good.

They just need to keep updating it as they go.

It was very clean and the team was super nice. we were broke down motorists in the middle of unknown area and it was a pleasant surprise. They had a cute little sitting area with a couple fire pits out front. We sat with our dogs to chill after a rough day.

The light in the room was inadequate and not ideal for someone needing to work in the room.

The motel is 100m away from the 401 Kingston off ramp. It offers a great view of the 401 from the back patio. Location is ideal for someone on a long journey needed a bed for the night. The staff on ground was a nice lady that helped sort things out a bit and gave ideas on places to visit. There is gas station next to it, so you don't have to worry about filling up your tank when it is time to go. Nice place.

The back of the property needs to be cleaned up.

I loved how they have taken a motel and updated it, cleaned it and obviously made an effort to make it quaint. We really enjoyed that they set up a bonfire for us!

Slightly larger towels would have been appreciated and the shower control was difficult to operate.

An excellent room in a small motel run by a couple, who worked so hard to offer a service well above the price band. The room was large with tasteful decor, a decent fridge/freezer, microwave and flat screen TV with cable. Room service was excellent and the room was spotless

It was rainy and cold, and we could not control the heat. They did bring us a portable heater, which was good.

I could not get the tv to function and went to the office at 4pm and the office was closed and door locked!

You need to update the locks on all the rooms, I asked my neighbour if there was an emergency phone number because everybody was gone from the main office and they mentioned they had the same trouble with their lock and key. And I’d suggest clean up the ceilings. We stayed in room #25

I like that it was easy to get to and right off the highway. It was also very clean. However, the key did not work and we struggled five minutes getting in and out to lock the door and to be able to access the hotel room.

Beds are a bit tired and hard.

Place was very clean, bathroom small but clean. Nice to have a "back door" to a small balcony. Staff was friendly and responsive.

There are long stay rooms on the 1st floor and renters make a lot of noise and drunk-shouting until 3am, waking up all people in the other rooms. Very disrespectful.
