The room layout was tight and inefficient. Hallway was noisy. I didn't notice noise from room to room or above, but anyone in the hallway sounded like they were in your room.

The main street was attacked by a maintenance crew using an excavator - every time I went to the main street for restaurants, snacks, coffee, shopping or supplies numerous people were slipping and falling - very dangerous regardless of your fitness. Everyone was asking why the maintenance crew left the street in such a dangerous state? There was no way the horse-drawn slay would have been able to run down the main street, a memorable sight from previous visits.

Our food and beverages were always superb whether breakfast, lunch or dinner, at all restaurants and/or cafes.

Great location, service, underground parking and hot tub. We really enjoyed our stay and would return without hesitation! Right in the village: access to shops, small grocery store, liquor/wine store, and much much more only a few steps away!!

The room had an awkward layout and was pretty dated. Otherwise everything was great.

The location is amazing, and the staff were super friendly and helpful. We loved the hot tubs after a ski day. Highly recommend staying here.

Low water pressure and took long time to heat. Little noisy at night. Felt quite stingy on refilling amenities. No bath mat one change and coffee/creamer sugar not refilled unless asked at front desk.

Smell in the halls. Very poor ventilation in the halls and the rooms. Limited furniture was large and clunky reducing space to move around. No or few dresser drawers, so I just left my clothes in my suitcase. Only one semi-comfy chair, so one of us had to sit on the bed. At $350/night, it would have been good to have a bit more comfort. If furniture was less clunky large, would have been space for a second chair. Also would be good to have a fridge that did not have to sit on top of the one desk with the microwave and coffee maker. Although we were glad to have the fridge, coffee maker and microwave. Booking was very complicated. We started with booking.com, ended up with Red Awning that I had never heard off and then Bear Country the management company. Very confusing getting messages from all three groups without the relationships being defined. Given that we were charged a hotel fee of 16%,for a purported hotel room, I was definitely not expecting an $80 cleaning fee. This cleaning fee was not disclosed until I had completed the booking. Red Awning took out their 10% fee (a deposit) a few days after I booked. Did not disclose when they would remove their deposit or how much it would be, or how much it was. I had to inquire to confirm who Red Awning was and why they were charging me.

Lockers that people could put their boots, helmets etc in would have been good so you didn't have to take all this up to the room.

The location was fantastic. Very easy to get into the village. Easy to start skiing.
