The TV S were not good - picture was a bit distorted . Small thing since we watched very little . The suite had a fridge and stove top but no plates , cutlery etc. Again , we did not eat in but I think you have to ask for everything .

Only had breakfast once in hotel and it was fine . Staff were all friendly and helpful .

The shower was lovely to look at but could not figure out how to operate the different shower heads or temperature. Couldn't this be simpler or at least have some instructions?

Messy details-poorly finished bathroom,weak water pressure-also saw the pillow was stained underneath the cover and a bug at the end of the stay.

The rather large kitchen unit had empty cupboards. Kitchenware is only on request and you get a ridiculously minimalistic set. There was a nice dining table in the room, but only three chairs for four guests.

The room was very comfortable and the extra touches such as the table and chairs by the window were enjoyable. The room design was beautiful.

The area is a little rough around the hotel, but too be expected for being in the centre. Some of the rooms are actually residential as were rented out during COVID but not turned back into hotel rooms- so a little strange, however we had no issues with any of the neighbours and was actually very quiet despite the location. We ate at the restaurant on the ground floor and the food was not great, so we ate elsewhere for the rest of our stay.

Excellent location for visiting the Eaton centre and Nathan Phillip square. Right in the city centre and close to the train station. Excellent places to eat and drink in the area. Spacious rooms. Front desk staff were excellent, especially when accommodating us for another night.

This time, the room was not super clean. There was hair on the shelves, the floor hadn't been vacuumed, conditioner was empty in the shower. Felt as thoughthe cleanong staffed half-assed the room. Made me question the cleanliness of the couch and bed... Not sure I'm going to book there next month...

The carpet in our room very stained with what looked like mud marks on it and the carpet had clearly not been vacuumed in between guests. We did ask the maid who was a few doors down if she could come and vacuum the carpet which she did right away and even tried to get some of the stains out but said it needed shampooing and would let management know. The photo of the room showed a little table and chairs by the big window ours did not have that, we only had one small chair so one of us had to sit on the bed all the time, which was fine except when we were eating.

Fantastic location, very friendly staff, main public areas and hallways of the hotel were nice and clean. Room was spacious, lots of closet space and the bed was comfy. Franny’s restaurant right beside the hotel had a great menu selection and we enjoyed our dinner there before heading to a show at Massey Hall which was just around the corner from the hotel.

No onsite parking or a valet service. Should have additional toiletries included in the bathroom. Ie. lotion and makeup wipes.

Not all facilities are in good condition. One of the stoves is out of order. I can only use one stove to cook. There is no water pot to boil water. Kitchen utensils are only available upon request. It is therefore not user friendly.

The noise from the street could be fairly loud but not constant. The worst part I would say is the breakfast. It is a set menu and if you aren't into fried and super sweet it doesn't give you much choice.

The location is amazing and you are right in the heart of it with most things within a 30min walk, it is also right next to the metro if you don't fancy walking. The reception staff are really helpful and very accommodating - nothing seemed to be too big of a job. The room itself was really spacious and clean with a good size bathroom, NB there isn't a bath and the pressure was a little low up on the 14th floor. There is also a diner next door called Fran's which was amazing, good choice of food and really great staff.

No ice machines, no vending machines, no mini bar in the room. Why no ice in a running fridge in the room? Waited an hour for ice from housekeeping. The room looked bigger online. Elevators took forever. Paint job was bad and decor is dated.

Tv remotes didn’t work well but staff promptly attended to this. Also found dirty facecloth hidden in couch cushions.
