It was fun to stay on North Vancouver. The view across the harbor to Vancouver is magnificent. The access by boat ferry is easy, very close, and fun! On the pier side there are views and great restaurants!!

It was a fantastic place to stay. Close to everything. Comfortable beds and an incredible view. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others. Also loved that there was a mini bar!

The technology in the rooms needs to be updated. TV systems are old and don’t let you stream from your own devices like some other hotels have. TV doesn’t have any apps such as YouTube for simple streaming, so you’re limited to what is on cable or to purchase something. Also, their stereo alarms are dated. They have a dock for iPhones from a long time ago, don’t have Bluetooth connection either. We were disappointed with the dates technology in the rooms.

We had two rooms. The double twin with the pier view for my parents is spectecular. We stayed a king suite with the kiddo, and the room is spacious. Kid enjoyed the city views and cars, too.

Booked for 3 adults in king studio but room only made up for two. Quickly rectified by housekeeping. Sofa bed made up. Extra cup and glass given but was removed again for second day. Instructions for microwave would have been helpful. A few hooks and shelves in the bathroom would be good. Parking expensive.

Excellent location, especially for Friday night market and live music. Spacious room. Good restaurant. Swimming pool and sun terrace were a bonus.

The room smelled like feet... The bed dipped in the corners badly like an OLD mattress. The room needs to be updated ... there is an ipod dock.

The room was massive as was the bathroom. The staff are super friendly and the attached restaurant is incredible!

comfy beds… great bar downstairs.. great staff.. not much to not like.. over all great stay!

took few minutes to walk to/from Sea Bus and grab a day pass and you can travel all over! Only a 5-7 places to eat close by and very busy and not great food choices… loud on Friday night with street market and bands.. but nice for something to do. nothing opens early. great pool, hot tub and deck for sun tanning and relaxing after a long day on the go!

Raj was a very friendly receptionist. Went out of her way to help me and my family get a nice room Suite as we were staying for more than a week. She was the one who made a difference to our stay. A bit dusty - was it due to road construction outside? Perhaps a bottle of water could be included. Not much to complain about, everything was as I hoped and expected it to be.

Lots of space, fairly quiet for being street-facing. Wanted to use the pool but too busy. Very convenient location, close to meeting space and restaurants. Good parking.

Not much of a kids menu at the hotel but plenty of other food options nearby. Shame that parking for hotel guests isn't included.

Nice size pool for the kid. The shipyards area is an amazing place with killer views multiple dining options and a fun place for kids to wander as well as easy access to downtown Vancouver via the seabus.
