Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Desk staff were terrible. Overlapping stay with a tour and three different desk clerks couldn’t talk to each other or understand what was being asked of them. Shuttle is a joke. Told 20 minutes to pick up. Then was told others being picked up first. At an hour wait empty van arrived to pick me up. Spend the $20 to take and Uber.

The room wasn’t super clean, there was rubbish in the couch and the couch itself was really lumpy. The day we checked in, we arrived early due to our flight and had to wait for housekeeping to confirm that our room was ready, which wasn’t a problem. There is a complimentary shuttle to the airport and the website says to call and they will take you whenever, however this isn’t the case. If you call from the airport to be picked up, you can’t get through to request it. When staying at the airport, we were told they only take people on the hour, not when it works for the flight, despite it being advertised like this. While we were waiting in the reception area, the duty manager was sorting out a situation with another couple trying to check in. While sorting this out, she tore strips off another person who worked in the reception. She was awful, and it must have been humiliating for the poor receptionist, who was just doing her job. What’s worse, is that the office manager kept on going on and on, berating the poor girl, telling the receptionist off in a public area, and loud enough for the guests to hear. It wasn’t professional and was awkward for us, and humiliating for the receptionist. When she checked us in earlier, she was amazing and was the best receptionist we have come across so far in Canada.
It was close to the airport, and had a restaurant in it that was open all day, which made it convenient to get breakfast before our flight.

The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The hotel was ideally situated near the airport with a shuttle bus and courteous driver. We were allowed to leave our vehicle in the parking lot at a reasonable rate.

Very difficult to find at night, because no illuminated sign to indicate entrance to hotel. one can see the Radisson light on building but hotel is set back off the access street & no indication where to turn in. There is a real crappy sign only seen during the day on a lawn on the access street. A hotel of that caliber can't afford to post an illuminated sign so that one does not drive around an industrial area aimlessly, hard to comprehend!

The building has not been kept up, and the cleaning of the rooms was not well done. There was some type of liquid spilt in one dresser drawer,so we didn’t want to use it until the cleaning personal came through, not sure they ever did. When we were leaving,the elevator floor was dirty and sticky and there was something red on the floor possibly blood.
The rooms are comfortable and the service in the restaurant was good.

Staff were not as helpful, spent more time chatting with each other than guests, apathetic in attitude during service but then asked if I needed help to add a tip. Outdated whirlpool-old and flacking off in the pool. Shuttle service was poor to and from airport, poor time for guests.
