Because it rained for two days we were forsed to stay indoors and the tvs most of the time didn’t work. There is no entertainment at all, the piano bar is only on weekends

there is no way to access the lake unless you have a boat. We thought there might be canoes/kayaks for use but there isn't and there's no option for swimming in the lake. There also aren't many nice beaches nearby.

the rooms were great, the beds were super comfortable and the breakfast was lovely! We felt super comfortable throughout our stay and enjoyed time lounging by the pool and hot tub. There's a nice grill with a lakeview and cute cafe a very short walking distance from the hotel.

Rawley is a gem of a property. The location is right on a marina with lake views. There are different types of accommodations from hotel style rooms to cottages. The spa was beautiful with an outdoor hot tub and pool. Spa services are available to book as well.

We had a great weekend at this lake resort! The room was basically a two-story townhouse, super spacious, very clean, and felt brand new. They even brought us a rollaway bed at no extra charge, which was such a thoughtful touch. The shower and amenities were excellent, and the view from the porch and the balcony right on the lake, was absolutely stunning and so peaceful. Breakfast at the Lighthouse Restaurant was a highlight. Amazing food and beautiful views from the lighthouse itself. The staff were all incredibly kind and helpful. We really felt taken care of from start to finish. We’ll definitely be back.

There wasn’t a beach saw lots of boat traffic but you can swim off the dock. Wish they had a room with two queens in the main building with water views.

Right on the water with views of the water, islands and boats going by slowly for access to the Trent River Port Severn lock. Very updated hotel with comfortable seating and beds. The staff were so friendly and accommodating! Lots to see and do in the area. They have an elevator in the main building.

Our Room was a little run down. Gym was closed. Change room facility could have offered towels and more private space to change. I would have appreciated more lounge chairs in the sauna/ hot tub area. The bathroom in our room was run down.

The staff was excellent. The food portions were generous and tasty. The resort was clean, attractive and comfortable. The location is absolutely beautiful! A restful stay overall.

For us, using the resort for overnight stays with breakfast and dinner, not using Spa or other facilities, the value for money was not so high. Asking to add breakfast to our reservation was not wise; paying in the restaurant was less expensive. Too high music during dinner.

Service in the restaurant was a bit slow - but since we were there to just sit and relax it wasn't a problem.

The staff were so friendly and lovely. The grounds were well kept and the atmosphere was calm and serene (late May). Dinner was tasty and drinks at the bar were delightful. Front desk staff were helpful and pleasant. Spa was relaxing and peaceful - though it did get very busy (and crowded in a small space) when we were leaving.
