Parking is limited, our balcony didn't have a view, not a game changer though.

It had a small balcony to at least get outside, room was big with kitchenette. I went with a female friend so lots of room for each others privacy, not to far from airport with nice restaurant nearby. Would stay again.

Even though the room and the beds were clean, you could clearly see black mold on the walls in the bathroom. It has a kitchenette and you are supposed to wash your dishes, but dish soap was extremely diluted and hard to use, and the sponge was very old and worn out.

The location was perfect for me as I needed to visit a friend who lived nearby. The room was spacious, in a silent neighborhood.

They charge $35 for outdoor parking indoor parking was over $40 very expensive and $29 for pets seemed excessive Tub did not have a stopper so only shower.

The beds,were very comfortable and wonderful pillows. Very spacious room. Great location on Robson Street. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful especially Benita who helped us one evening with our TV which we couldn't quite figure out.!! Thankyou Benita .

Stayed many times This last stay the front desk staff were giving me difficulty with my cc and then I had to transfer all my cash to it, which I could not transfer back to cash, then told me they won’t take my cc !! Then gave them cash deposit even though I had stayed without incident many times before And the room was a closet on the first floor tucked behind an exit and elevator Terrible experience this last time But generally always really great and accommodating and not like my last experience

The rooms are not well maintained, as soon as you enter the room you can feel dampness smell throughout the room.

Location of the property was great as it was in core downtown area with ease of access to many other places by walk.

As it is older, the sound buffering wasn’t great. I’m sure in older days the flooring would have been carpet, which helps deaden noise. I was able to hear people walking in the suite above and hallway noise was a bit of an issue due to inconsiderate neighbours down the hall, however the staff addressed this promptly. As this place is in the midst of a rebranding(previously The Riviera), having signage identifying its new name would be helpful. I didn’t have an issue as the address is still clear, but I’m not shy to ask questions. The double beds are true doubles, luckily I was on my own and didn’t have to share! I would not be willing to stay with my teenagers and husband unless necessary. The hallways and elevator are on the narrow side, so may not be great if a wheelchair is needed.

Convenient, walkable location for downtown but not right in the bustle. Catching the bus from Horseshoe Bay ferry was easy with a 10 minute walk from the Denman St stop. I called ahead when I got into town and was able to check in early as my room was ready. The room was a good size with a kitchen and eating area, which for the price was unexpected. The curtains provided good coverage and there were black out liners as well which doubled as insulators as the windows and patio doors are old and drafty. I had a good view of the mountains and a peekaboo view of Coal Harbour from the 6th floor. The staff were friendly and helpful. The area of Robson near the hotel has lots of shops and restaurants to choose from including the Robson St Public Market.

breakfast was pretty poor. It's pretty much just a muffin and a popper. I didn't utilise this, I just went out for breakfast or with the fully equipped kittens you can make your own breakfast.

location was great, walking distance to cafes, restaurants and shops. I stayed there 3 times during my stay in Vancouver.

Overall it was a pretty worn feeling place. It was clean but dated and felt a bit run down. There was a lingering smell of smoke, covered up by cleaning products, especially in the bathroom. Beds are small.

Location was excellent, very central and walk right out to a ton of shops and restaurants. For an affordable place to rest your head it does the job. If you're not picky and don't expect something aesthetic, moden, or at all luxury, this will do.

When I arrived my room smells food also my Mattress was not comfortable. Breakfast was some snacks packed I expect to have warm breakfast.

Location was good and easy access to everything , Just 10 minutes walking from water. Also I had nice view from 10th floor. Staffs were friendly.
