Two bedrooms separated by the kitchen/dining room & living room. Gas fireplace was a nice touch. Great variety of breakfast choices. Late checkout helped us.

Temperature control was a bit difficult. Main room was super hot, but the bedrooms were very cool. Thermostat is located in main room so it didn't control the bedrooms temp very well.

Room was excellent- lots of space for our family to spread out and be comfy.

In today's world the hotel ROOM doesn't have usb ports not one usb port and they don't sell usb plugs in the front kiosk. Had to run out 1 am to a gas station and that's a very big mistake for any hotel. We use cell phones and computers and many charging needs. The 742 sqft room didn't have one recepticle that didn't have a usb port. Extremely huge failure. It's like a restaurant with no salt and pepper. Doesn't make sense.

Staff are very friendly and helpful . Breakfast is American style , has bacon , yogurt, fruit etc . Hotel location is little far from airport , but hotel pay taxi fee max $28 when guest get taxi receipt . But shuttle service is needed .

The way the weekend day staff (guy) treated my sister.

The room was very clean, comfortable, Breakfast was ok but not exceptional. Most of the staff where great. The guy at the front desk Saturday, Sunday dayshift was not very nice. He wouldn't let my sister that had fallen at the airport and hit her head entered the room early, he asked her to pay $150 for the extra 2 hours, she sat in the lobby When he left the girl let her in. I have never had that happen with a Meriotte Inn before. I say shame on him.

Shuttle service would be helpful as taxis are quite expensive. Mattresses are too soft. Needed one with more support.

some things appeared little old but this is me being nit picky.

Clean rooms, cordial staff, great housekeeping, family friendly. Specifically, the exhaust in one of the bathrooms made a loud noise for the first day or so of my stay. I did not complain but it was fixed by the staff irrespective. I suspect the housekeeping staff reported it to maintenance. so thank you for taking care of it.

The coffee served with the breakfast was TERRIBLE. Noise from the heating/cooling system is loud. Would have liked the sofa bed pullout mattress to have been covered when we pulled it out - kind of gross seeing a slightly stained mattress. Suite did not have fitted sheets to use with the pull-out. Had indicated we would be using the pull-out - expected to have linens either on it already,

Kids liked the pool. Easy access to highways 401 and 427. Nice-sized parking lot. Hotel was quiet.

Our windows faced the pool rooftop so all we saw was roof and venting equipment. Hopefully we’ll get a better view next time. I suspect there are only a handful of rooms that will get this rather dismal view.

they didn’t tell us they’d be adding $18 per day on top of the room n tax for parking. our daughter stayed with us first night. we paid $15 extra for her which we discussed. But I told them she was only there for one night and they charged us for 2 nights for her. when I brought it to their attention they said they would take the charge off but they did not!

Breakfast was very strange; no toaster in the dining area (and the justification is that there’s one in the room), wasteful for everything to be served as throwaway cutlery or plates.
