Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

CanadaThe event room was right outside the window and made for a loud stay. Earplugs were provided… Some of the hardware in the bathroom wasn’t attached to the wall (towel hook)
Location, size of the space for a solo person.

CanadaWas not aware there was breakfast. available when I left around 9 am there was no food out for breakfast. NO indication on where to park or what parking options are available. I was in room 202, the two chairs in there to sit on need replacing they are peeling and some of the material actually stuck to my pants. A nice boutique hotel such as this should have those two chairs replaced!
The lady working was very helpful and polite. Room was very clean and well set up, great location!

CanadaThe window in the bathroom and tub that both looked straight into the convention center. When an event is going on you hear everything, including the cleaning at 6 am. The only real problem other than that is the mini fridge is truly one of the smallest I have ever seen and does not work all that well.
It was a nice room, well appointed, great location.

CanadaThe shower head didn’t have a wane. That would have been great. The soap dispenser wasn’t marked. A little hand bar of soap would have been good. The ice machine was completely empty. Windows didn’t open, but that’s my preference. The room was very cool when we got there. Room didn’t have an extra blanket. There was a strong freshener smell ( maybe it was cleaner smell or detergent) but it was way too strong. The TV should be mounted about 1 foot higher on the wall. You couldn’t lay flat on the pillows and view the full screen of the TV because it was mounted too low.
We didn’t have breakfast. We ate supper . I had chicken caesar salad. It wasn’t as good as you use to be. Maybe the salad needed a bit more garlic. I had it years ago and it was the best dressing I ever tasted. It didn’t taste as good this time. The staff were very friendly and great service!

CanadaWashroom design in the room was very odd. It didn't offer privacy having see through glass on the shower walls and placement of the toilet behind the glass.
The virtual check in process was efficient. Great location within the City and very friendly staff on site.

CanadaThe shower did not work and when we asked about it we were told Maintenance would look at it when we left. Needless to say we never got to shower during our stay and when we asked if there could be anything could take place as it was very expensive for the room with no shower, we were told the manager would get back to us as soon as possible. We have called, and we have been told the manager would be in tomorrow. We are now 4 days later. With no call or message.
The room was very clean and the location was right in town and to have a restaurant downstairs was even better. The room was big and nicely put together.

CanadaSee note above.
There wasn’t any breakfast . The staff said that they have been trying to get booking.com to remove that from the description since Covid-19 arrived. Also the rooms are not soundproof as described in the description. Staff was friendly, and knowledgeable of amenities in the area. Overall a pleasant stay.

United States of AmericaNo one on site to help you out if you need anything, no elevator to rooms. Beverage chiller in our room still had leftover cans from a previous stay. Parking in the garage across the street was okay (a little sketchy but we emptied our car). Probably wouldn't stay again, mostly convenient to airport.
Hotel overall is fine. Comfortable bed, large bathroom with heated floor, but otherwise just okay. There is a restaurant downstairs which could be convenient if arriving late (lots of other options around too). Easy virtual check-in.

United States of AmericaNo elevators. With 2 spinal fusions and a new knee, I found the steep stairs daunting. I found the "humanless" approach undesirable as I had questions that needed answering. I never found the free parking and ended up paying to park in the garage across the street.
