The event room was right outside the window and made for a loud stay. Earplugs were provided… Some of the hardware in the bathroom wasn’t attached to the wall (towel hook)

Location, size of the space for a solo person.

I could hear the other rooms. Even if they were talking very low. It seems there is little or no insulation in the walls.

Worn tattered furniture in room , that is it .

All was as expected , GREAT. The furniture in the room was below standard , badly worn and tattered. SO convenient for everything downtown. Parking is fair given the Hotel doesn't have any. Easy check in & out is a bonus. We will be staying again. Thanks a see you soon . James & Gzl

Was not aware there was breakfast. available when I left around 9 am there was no food out for breakfast. NO indication on where to park or what parking options are available. I was in room 202, the two chairs in there to sit on need replacing they are peeling and some of the material actually stuck to my pants. A nice boutique hotel such as this should have those two chairs replaced!

The lady working was very helpful and polite. Room was very clean and well set up, great location!

The window in the bathroom and tub that both looked straight into the convention center. When an event is going on you hear everything, including the cleaning at 6 am. The only real problem other than that is the mini fridge is truly one of the smallest I have ever seen and does not work all that well.

It was a nice room, well appointed, great location.

The shower head didn’t have a wane. That would have been great. The soap dispenser wasn’t marked. A little hand bar of soap would have been good. The ice machine was completely empty. Windows didn’t open, but that’s my preference. The room was very cool when we got there. Room didn’t have an extra blanket. There was a strong freshener smell ( maybe it was cleaner smell or detergent) but it was way too strong. The TV should be mounted about 1 foot higher on the wall. You couldn’t lay flat on the pillows and view the full screen of the TV because it was mounted too low.

We didn’t have breakfast. We ate supper . I had chicken caesar salad. It wasn’t as good as you use to be. Maybe the salad needed a bit more garlic. I had it years ago and it was the best dressing I ever tasted. It didn’t taste as good this time. The staff were very friendly and great service!

Rooms are not fully dark as there is no curtain. It can be noisy outside the room if you are close to the reception or when they clean outside.

The location downtown, in situ good restaurant, great luxury rooms, nice little very comfortable hotel.

Washroom design in the room was very odd. It didn't offer privacy having see through glass on the shower walls and placement of the toilet behind the glass.

The virtual check in process was efficient. Great location within the City and very friendly staff on site.

The shower did not work and when we asked about it we were told Maintenance would look at it when we left. Needless to say we never got to shower during our stay and when we asked if there could be anything could take place as it was very expensive for the room with no shower, we were told the manager would get back to us as soon as possible. We have called, and we have been told the manager would be in tomorrow. We are now 4 days later. With no call or message.

The room was very clean and the location was right in town and to have a restaurant downstairs was even better. The room was big and nicely put together.

The faucet on the soaker tub was broken, we had to fill the tub using the shower head. Having bottles of wine available in the room (minibar style)

    See note above.

There wasn’t any breakfast . The staff said that they have been trying to get booking.com to remove that from the description since Covid-19 arrived. Also the rooms are not soundproof as described in the description. Staff was friendly, and knowledgeable of amenities in the area. Overall a pleasant stay.

No one on site to help you out if you need anything, no elevator to rooms. Beverage chiller in our room still had leftover cans from a previous stay. Parking in the garage across the street was okay (a little sketchy but we emptied our car). Probably wouldn't stay again, mostly convenient to airport.

Hotel overall is fine. Comfortable bed, large bathroom with heated floor, but otherwise just okay. There is a restaurant downstairs which could be convenient if arriving late (lots of other options around too). Easy virtual check-in.

No elevators. With 2 spinal fusions and a new knee, I found the steep stairs daunting. I found the "humanless" approach undesirable as I had questions that needed answering. I never found the free parking and ended up paying to park in the garage across the street.
