Hard to figure out how to heat the apartment since only cool mode was shown on the thermostat. Confusing getting multiple emails saying I needed to identify myself despite doing so and even calling to confirm. Disappointed I wont get any Marriott points due to booking.com origination.

The bedroom was a bit tight with hardly any space to walk around the bed; queen size bed instead of a king size.

Great location in the Old Town, near lots of shops and restaurants; spacious living room and kitchen; newly renovated and modern. Well equipped kitchen with stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine. Very clean. Comfortable bed. Parking a few blocks away (not affiliated with the hotel.) Spacious bathroom and shower. Quiet street..

There was no service in the lobby at all. There is a sitting area that is comfortable with a coffee and water station. However, they never supplied any glasses or cups for the coffee and water. When I asked at the front desk they said they were out. However, they were never replenished. I watched another guest go up, look for a cup and then resort to putting his mouth up to the spigot for water! Crazy! The front desk staff was friendly but sadly not accommodating.

I like the fact that we could get a 2 bedroom apartment for a reasonable rate. The apartment was clean and simple. The location is perfectly close to shops and restaurants and located on a quiet street.

The half wall enclosure for the shower was insufficient. When we showered the floor beyond the shower got wet. It would have also been nice to have shower facilities for men and women in the gym instead of just a toilet. Checking out was also confusing as I didn't see the tab to check out in the Sonder App. I had to call into Sonder but even then was not connected to front desk, but instead a CSR from headquarters. They weren't very helpful and said I had to personally speak to someone at front desk.

The apartment hotel was in an excellent location, within walking distance to many attractions such as Notre Dame Bascilica, Old Port, Downtown and Chinatown. The nearest metro station is about 8 minute walk away. Access to the apartment was easy with the access code. The apartment was clean and comfortable. We appreciated the mini kitchen with stove and fridge. The washer and dryer was a nice feature to have. We made use of the steam room and sauna.

A few water bottles stocked in the refrigerator along with some cooking oil and salt and pepper would have been nice to have.

Clean, simple, with nice and comfortable beds, good kitchen. Great location directly in the middle of all we needed. Loved the windows for sunlight and morning coffee people watching.

I wish if they gave us instruction to use the backside drop off to easy roll our bags on the ramp. What we arrived to the given address and the uber unloaded our luggage bags we had to carry all the heavy bags in the stairs which was very difficult to do. There was no staff at the reception to guide or help us.

Location is perfect in the center of the old port and near downtown. Spacious and clean. Has all the needed amenities. Beds are comfy.

The access to the entrance had many steps. No handicapped accessibility. It was difficult to drag heavy suitcases up the steps. Perhaps a ramp would help.

Cramped bedroom with bed pushed up against the wall. No bedside table on one side, and the unlucky one had to scramble over the other to get in and out of bed - or climb in from the foot of the bed. There was, just, sufficient room to pull the bed away from the wall, meaning the one bedside table on the other side had to be turned lengthwise, allowing access to both from the side. So, clearly, no bedside table to hold a phone, and no question of having a coffee in bed while reading the paper. No safe in the apartment

The bedroom was very small. In order to open and close the door, the bed was pushed against the wall. My husband had to crawl out of the bed and exit from the fit of the bed.

Location is great. Near St Paul Street and the Old Port. We walked almost everywhere.

No comments. We had a wonderful experience. You feel free to come and go, the staff is there to support you and they don't invade your privacy. If you like luxury and yet low profile, I strongly recommend using this apartment.

We had a wonderful experience. I strongly recommend staying this appartement. We a family of four and the apartment is modern, wonderfully decorated, excellent location and I find the the value for money is very fair.

I have two small complaints, the height of the sofa, sits very low to the floor, and the very slippery shower floor.

Great location, a short walk to shopping, dining, and the waterfront. Stylish apartment, with everything provided for a comfortable stay. The rooftop was a relaxing spot and my wife definitely enjoyed the sauna.

We preferred a larger queen with space to walk around. This would be difficult for some seniors with mobility issues. Otherwise the apartment met our expectations.

Amazing location. Large room. Nice kitchen plus all amenities you need, incl washer/dryer. Nice staff. Lots of bars and restaurants nearby. Surprise was rooftop with the view. All public transportation is close by. Few minutes walk to port and cathédrale.

Service to get an extra blanket was complicated with long wait time.

The room was large and there were many extras, like the rooftop work out room and saunas.

Suite would get very warm at night and during the day, kept having to turn AC back on. Hotel App was very frustrating. Kept resetting and some guests couldn’t login.
