Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Found 2 dead bugs in our towel. Pull out couch not comfortable.
Kids loved the waterside and the pool was warm. Breakfast was good. Good location.

The guy who checked us in for the first night told us we could absolutely not have a late check out... despite having already confirmed we could with our flight coming in so late. The two guys at the desk in the morning we absolutely aghast at the idea we had been told to check out by 11 when I told them. They said we could stay until 1 as planned, but we were dressed and ready to go. After all of four hours of sleep...The second night we stayed on our return trip, there was no one at the desk when we left at 3am. Would've liked a granola bar grab and go breakfast for early flights like some other places have.
The property was close to the airport and has a 24 hour lobby. Has a pool and great in room whirlpool tubs in some rooms (I assume only some), which terry robes. It was quite clean and three of the four staff members I met were lovely. Rooms are a good size too, plenty of plugs and beds were really decent for this type of place.

Finishing the day With a nice bath in the jet tub and the bed was very comfortable. There was a brand new TV in the room, and the staff were helpful and courteous. Breakfast was good.

Check in took almost 1 hour. Only one girl at check in counter and she wasn't really nice. Asked to be close to my friend and we were on two seperate floor of hotel

Pool heater was broken and it looked cloudy. Rooms were too warm and had a bit of an odor, almost musty kind of. Tried turning the heat down but didn't work. Parking lot was brutal with the huge potholes and lack of maintenance.
Nice staff. Great breakfast. Good location. Fast and friendly service. Pretty good price.

Bathroom and stand up shower were on the small side. Perfect for a one night stay near the airport but I probably wouldn't choose it for a longer stay.
We stayed one night at the hotel before flying out from the Moncton airport. I liked the close proximity to the airport. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Surprised to find a jacuzzi tub in the room. Overall the hotel was fine.

The pool area was very hectic. Other guests of the hotel made the pool unsafe for my two children. Kept my two small children in the shallow end of the pool and the other guests of the hotel were allowing there children to jump into the shallow end over top my 3 year old son and water bombing him. I know the hotel isn’t responsible for how parents parent but better rules and regulations would be nice for all guests to enjoy the facilities

When I booked, I specifically asked if there was a shuttle to the airport was told yes.. but that was not the case. Had to get a taxi.

The pool looks bigger than it is. The hotel boasts about a heated pool, but it was baerly room temperature

The issues surrounding the water slide in the pool area made me very uneasy. The amount of rushing water along with the steep drop made children come down extremely fast, also no enforced rules for waiting time - other children didn’t have time to move out of the way i felt it was a serious accident waiting to happen.
The hotel was very clean and accommodating! Loved that bringing your pet was an option, and all the extra things like the water dispenser next to the ice machine and the option of purchasing beverages, including alcoholic ones along with food and snacks. The breakfast was great too! Very pleased with our stay

Bookings.com should have given me an official receipt for tax purposes rather that telling me a falsehood about getting one from the hotel.
