The carpeting needs renewing. The building is dated, but suites are much larger than in many modern hotels.

Good stay, comfortable beds. Spacious apartment with a lovely view. Kitchen was good- adequate pans, plates etc. Only took just over 5 mins to walk to the village. Nice to have access to an outdoor pool.

Bathroom was a little small and a little outdated. You could hear the nearby highway.

Great location, walking distance from Whistler Centre. very spacious room. The master bed was extremely comfortable with very soft linen.

Overall our stay was OK and there wasn't much we didn't like but you should be aware what you are getting as it is an older hotel. 1. The room had a funny old musty smell when entering, opening all windows and patio door helped to ease it. 2. Pool was deep for little kids my 6 year old struggled to touch the bottom so bring floaties etc. Also some oversized parking is directly next to the pool so you do get big trucks kicking out gas that goes straight into pool area at times. 3. You can walk in to Whistler and it's about 7-10 mins but is up a little bit of a hill, something to be aware of if have mobility problems. 4. Lots of moths kept finding them in the bed. I have a very sensitive kid so for those with neurodivergent kids her comments were 'bed sheets were too scratchy, bedroom was noisy (can hear other rooms flushing toilets/using shower etc), hill to walk to Whistler was too long in the heat of summer'. I hope that helps!

A good hotel, a decent 'budget' option for a stay in Whistler if you get a good price on rooms. Stayed in 2 bed room and it was large and spacious, has a pool and is in walking distance to Whistler. All staff that we encountered were fantastic and helpful.

Maybe an general update in the building would be nice, but otherwise it was a great stay.

The unit was very spacious and the kitchen was well equipped. The staff was friendly and the pool, hot tub and sauna were a hit for my family.

Our room was nice. The kitchen was not optimal. No cloths or towels to wash dishes or wipe counters. Upon entering the floor was sopping wet with large puddles of water on the slate. The stove burners were not connected so our initial thought was that it doesn’t work. The pool water was dirty. There were no lights in or around the pool at night making it hard to see. The jets didn’t work in the hot tub and the water temp was not hot. We were also not told about the $25/day parking fee until having to pay at checkout and when I questioned it the front desk staff dismissed me saying well it’s posted everywhere. I told her we booked through a third party and thought everything was included in the prepayment and were never told when checking in that this would be an additional charge. She ignored my comments and skipped over it. I said you need to tell everyone at check in that this is over and above. Not impressed.

I would say that, overall, the place is a little tired and could do with a spruce up. Public areas moreso.

Staff were lovely and helpful from the minute we arrived. Plenty of space in the room and comfortable bed. Location was great, away from the hustle and bustle but still only a short walk to the heart of the resort.
