We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

I had a very good stay for just 3 days, for a business trip. The hotel is so close to the airport and it's very easy to move by car all around. Staff is great, also breakfast, rooms are clean and parking is great. Lots of places very close by where you can eat.

United StatesThe only area that could be improved is the breakfast. While it was decent, I wish there had been more variety in the options. On one occasion, the omelette station seemed to be mixed up—I picked up what was labeled as an egg and cheese veggie omelette, but it actually contained meat. This could be an issue for guests with dietary restrictions, so a bit more care in food labeling and preparation would be appreciated. Other than that, our stay was great, and I would recommend this hotel, especially for its convenience and comfort.
We stayed 4 nights at Tru by Hilton Toronto West Airport and overall had a really good experience. The hotel was clean, modern, and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Everything went smoothly with our stay.

CanadaBreakfast could be improved upon - not only could it be a bit more tasty, but I was really concerned about the environmental impact of all the single use items used - every plate, ketchup packet, fork, cup etc. was ending up in the trash, when reusable items could be used.
The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful - they radiate genuine kindness. I was grateful after a long flight to be treated with such courtesy and helpfulness.

CanadaThe breakfast was cleared by 9:30 and nothing left to eat but we were told it would be open until 10am so all 3 of us missed out on the free breakfast which is one reason we chose this hotel, to save money. Also, the regular coffee was so strong it tasted like dark roast. Threw it out. No fan in the bathroom so the mirror was fogging up after showering. Hot water only achieved when faucet was on full hot setting.
It was a clean building. Room was nice.
