I had a newly renovated room, so it was comfy with Matterhorn view. Up to date phone charging ports and can watch my Netflix on TV (Especially on rainy days). Hotel do provide transfers to train station. Book in advance. Near bakery and mini mart. Microwave and cutleries are available for guests to use.

Housekeeping made up room but didn’t take out rubbish bin which was full. When we arrived there was a box saying SHOWER CAP but it was empty. Seems odd that there is a sauna and steam room but not a spa or pool.

Great breakfast, Matterhorn view rooms with a balcony, 20% discount at ski shop next door, USB charging port at bedside, 750m from train station, nice facilities.

I was very happy either hotel including location, facilities and staff.

The pillows are a disaster. It is also very expensive to eat in Zermatt.

The hotel is very well situated, and the free shuttle service from the train station is excellent. The breakfast is also very good.

Everything was great!

5/5. Check-in & check-out were super easy. The location is central to the train station and cable cars. The bus stop is right next to the hotel. The bar and breakfast spread were pretty good. The room & bathroom were spacious and super clean with all the necessary amenities. Storage locker is also available. Spacious lift to carry the luggage. It's a family-managed hotel.

Not within walking distance to train station with luggage. Hotel shuttle wasn't available for our glacier express train so we had to pay 17CHF for ride.

- The bathtub is slippery so you have to be really careful or ask for the nonslip mat. My father almost fell down in the tub.

- Great location view Matterhorn view from the room - Awesome breakfast - The exterior of the hotel is on the older side but the room interior is rather new.

Great location, 10 minutes walk from the train station or free shuttle available. Friendly, helpful staff. Great breakfast. Spacious room with great view of the village. Great bedding with comfortable bed and actually comfortable sofa bed. Nice functional bathroom. Very quiet hotel. Free bus across the street to bring you skiing and ski rental across street as well. Very easy, loved it!

There wasn't really anything not to like at this hotel. The bathroom may be on the smaller side but totally appropriate.

Good location not to far from the train station nor to the sky lifts. Whilst walking from the train station on arrival was ok, the hotel offers a shuttle that we used when we left. The view of the Matterhorn from the room was fantastic. All staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was amazing with options for all tastes. There is no restaurant available however, if you are not looking for a multi course dinner the "snacks" offered at the bar are delicious and will do for the small and medium hunger, otherwise there are plenty of options of restaurants nearby.

The room's bathroom was a bit small, but certainly more than adequate.

The woman who checked us in could not have been more friendly and helpful. She was simply very wonderful. Regrets I do not remember her name. Each coming and going she was there with a smile. Answered all our questions. 5 stars! The breakfast was the best of all the hotels we stayed at during our 9 day journey- We stayed at a total of 4 hotels. The food was plentiful, well prepared and lots of options. We did have a very nice view of the Matterhorn, Room 502, I believe. The TV was on when we entered with a welcoming remark and then a video of a crackling fireplace. Perfect. Best of all was the employee at the check desk.

The wonderful view of the Matterhorn from our room. The breakfast buffet was excellent. The location was convenient for both the ski bus and the village.

Hotel was immaculate, recently renovated; rooms were impeccable, including the view from our room, which was out of a picture book. Loved the breakfast and intimacy of it all. Ski and boot storage room incredibly convenient.
