The ocean views are fabulous. The location is so close to Mendocino and lots of ocean bluff walks and hikes nearby. The bar and restaurant staff were so friendly and the food was really tasty. The rooms were very roomy and quiet.

The bathrooms were clean but needed updating.

The Inn tested me asking about our stay and I stated the bathrooms were out of date and they are planning toreonovate the bathrooms soon! Amazing views.

The view was very nice and appreciated the indoor chairs that you could sit in facing the view. The room was very well kept and clean. The room had all the amenities I would expect for the price. Dining room and patio seating for meals was very nice.

We had a room on ground floor with gorgeous view of ocean. Area around the property is absolutely beautiful, their gardens, and the coast and park just steps away. Staff and restaurant were terrific

A very quaint place with modern updates so it was beautiful as well as comfortable. The restaurant was exceptional as was all of the employees start to finish. Would recommend visiting

Nothing not to like

This property is a jewel along the Pacific. Have stayed here several times going back to the 1980s. Place is well maintained. Dinner was delicious.

The bed was not good to my back. There was no ups for the phones There should be some near the beds I personally would like a walk in shower with no tub.

The view was much more the we expected. The breakfast was very good. It was very easy to park the car and to get in and out of the area. Staff was very friendly.

People in restaurant were very loud. We could hear all the conversations around us perfectly. My daughter and I felt like we should be giving out relationship advice We did not return to the restaurant. The people in the room next us were part of a large group. They gathered next to frequently with lots is alcohol and were very loud. Although we would have loved to sit on our deck, the reason we chose the room, it was unpleasant to do so. I did let the front desk know twice, but they took no action.

I hate to give a poor review, but feel like after paying nearly $700 for a 2 night stay, I should be entitled to a decent mattress. The bed was like sleeping on a rock. No take the word "sleep" out. There was no sleep. The pillows were like slabs of cement. After the first night, I called the front desk and they provided 2 down pillows, which were a big improvement.
