Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

GermanyIf one could magically squeeze in a double-bed into the cottage, that would make it 11/10 points. The rest was wonderful. But be aware what you book - it is an experience :)
A very cute stay in one of their cottages. A very pleasant experience

United KingdomExcellent location for entering the National Park , 10 minutes by car. Great walks from the lodge . The staff were all so friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble for Denisse who gave us continuous weather updates and help with where to go. She was amazing . Food was excellent and rooms comfortable. Nice relaxing place to stay surrounded by magnificent views.

United StatesThere is no TV in the room and very limited area for your belongings.
Good location, very good staff. I contacted them to get a help with our tours to the park. They made very good recommendations to find transportation and tours. Thanks!

United StatesWhile the breakfasts were good, the dinners were just okay especially for the prices. Not many vegetables with the menu items.
Great location and warm, low-key atmosphere. Maria, the receptionist, was fabulous in helping us with everything from hiking trails to arranging for two staff members to change a flat tire on our rental car and finding someone to repair the tire at another nearby hotel (although it turned out the tire wasn’t worth repairing).

United KingdomThe huts are cute and the bedroom is liveable for anyone, however the bathroom arrangement makes it very difficult for anyone over 180cm to sit properly on the toilet or stand up in the shower. In addition, the WiFi was intermittent. Pricey for what it is but it's the going rate in the area.
The staff were friendly and the location is beautiful, just outside the park boundary with great views of the Paine Massif and surrounding mountains. Food in the restaurant was very good if a little pricey. The beds were comfortable and the room was warm. There was plentiful hot water.

United StatesWe stayed in one of their little huts, which was tiny, with no room for luggage, and limited hooks on the walls for coats, clothing, wet towels, etc. It was fine for two people for one night, but would have been challenging had we stayed longer.
High quality restaurant. Our dinner was fresh, tasty and perfectly proportioned. The breakfast buffet was the best we have had in Patagonia. The staff was very friendly, and was extremely helpful in assisting us with our understanding of the park, and the options available to us during our stay in TDP. The lodging is also in an excellent location, just outside the park entrance, and within walking distance of a nice river walk. The beds were comfortable, the bedding high quality and the showers were hot.

A fabulous home in Rio Serrano. Perfect for TDP hiking. Natalie and Isabella and the other staff were exceptional. I bashed my head while hiking at Mirador Torres and they helped me patch it up with the help of the owner and a nurse working on their team. Amazing!

United StatesA small hotel in Rio Serrano, which is a very pretty and wild valley, with mountains all around. Clean room, clean beds. But we found the room to be very small, and the bathroom even smaller. Just one light switch for all the lights in entry and room. Not many comfortable common areas to lounge either. Overall, it was ok for 2 nights, since we were out hiking most of the days. Restaurant food was good and reasonably priced, in sync with other restaurants.

United StatesWe stayed in the cabins for one night. It was perfect for a one night transition between places, but it was really tiny and they didn’t have much of indoor public space where we could hang outside the tiny cabins … they were kind to let us sit at the dining room for a drink before dinner service
Location and staff!

United StatesThere was not always hot water and the wi-fi was sometimes weak, but I think these issues are understandable in such a remote location - you just have to roll with it.
The Lodge is in a great location, just minutes from the entrance to Torres del Paine Ntl. Park. We stayed three nights - we had a four-person room and there was ample space for all of us. The breakfast was very good with many options, and the dinner was excellent! The staff was very helpful and quickly fixed the broken lock on our door. We particularly enjoyed seeing the horses running by at breakfast time.

United StatesIt would have been nice to have a couple of glasses to drink water in the room, but not such a big deal because we had our water bottles with us.
The location is gorgeous, with great views and very convenient to Torres del Paine Park. The staff was very helpful in terms of giving some recommendations about the park. The restaurant at the hotel was wonderful and we ate breakfast and dinner there each day.

Very attentive staff. Kindly organised a birthday cake for my partner after a long hike. Stayed in the outside cabin which was cosy. All hotels in the region do breakfast at 0700hrs which could be earlier given the amount of hikers. On the quieter side of the park. Resteraunt is amazing!
