We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

PhilippinesMy room smelled a bit like cigarette smoke. This might have been from the previous guests. There was also a window where the construction workers like to stay nearby for a smoke. Good thing they couldn't see a thing from their end as the window was tinted.
I liked that the staff added me on WeChat upon checking in. This helped communicate my needs during my stay. Like the location of the hotel when I was out and needed to figure out what bus/metro to take to the hotel. Another time, I asked the location of the nearest Catholic church. And another time, I asked them to book me a taxi. I liked that my things were safe in the room. There was a time I went out of town for 2.5 days. I left my big suitcase, with my laptop inside, in the room. When I returned, it was still there. I also liked that they had washing machines and detergent soap and baskets that you can use for free. I was able to wash my laundry there.

ChinaThis check - in experience was nothing short of perfect! As soon as I entered the hotel, I was attracted by the elegant atmosphere of the lobby. The rooms were clean and tidy, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the facilities were new and complete. The staff were warm - hearted and attentive, making the whole process from check - in to check - out worry - free. It's also extremely convenient for getting around and finding places to eat nearby. Highly recommended!
