The location was close to Beijing Pedestrian Rd and the area is very lively.

sometimes cooking smells came through the AC, the elevators were slow because there are few of them and many guests, and the Wi-Fi was weak.

The location is excellent, close to many attractions and restaurants. The apartment is comfortable. The staff are very kind, friendly, and always ready to help.

In such a big apartment with beds for 8 adults, there is only ONE bathroom/toilet. All of us have to wait for our turn each time we need to use it. That really doesn't make any sense. Improvement on that would be good.

The strategic location of the apartment was superb. Many eateries, shopping centers, places of interests are just a few minutes walkaway. We can even see the Guangzhou Tower from our room. The apartment was spacious & very well furbished & clean.

The problem in this apartment is the lifts. The lifts are very slow and crowded at all times.

The location is very convenient and next to Beijing Road Pedestrian Mall.

The mattress was really uncomfortable, could feel the coil directly The following observation could be due to the building management and may not be in the staff control: - The accessible elevators were limited with extremely long wait ... and main entrance closes at 10pm that guests have to use side door. - There wasn't any ventilation in the apartment when air cond was turned of centrally during our visit. Staff provided a stand fan nevertheless

Cleaner service need to improve. Facing no hot water to use. But they came and repaired. The lift waiting very long. 3 out of 6 lifts only can use, and is always full.

There is no warmer and the place feels very cold especially when the temperature drops below 18C . The water heater runs on an old model. Have to wait for 10 mins before the next person can shower.

Within walking distance to beijing road and metro station. The facilities are decent . Value for money.

The bathroom smells like smoke because smoking is allowed in the building so must have got in the vents. There were some visible cracks in the bathroom floor eaves. One of the bathroom shower doors was initially not there, then fixed the next night.

High floor, view from 21st floor. Ample space. Value for money and right in the heart of the action on the main shopping district.

BATHROOM Found a small cockroach 3 TIMES, Found 1 TIME a small cockroach in the living room. the 2nd floor small bed room those air conditioner sometimes doesn't cool need keep turn off and turn on again and again. Very close to the garbage room and smells bad. You have to wait a long time for the elevator. some elevators are WORKING for a short time and sometimes it breaks down for several days in a row for maintenance. During peak hours, you may have to wait more than 15 minutes to enter the elevator. The washing Machine process is noisy and not recommended to use it at night [sleeping time]. The drying function is very poor. The clothes are still wet after use. I don't recommend using it for drying. The stairs are curved, so be careful when going up and down, especially the elderly and children should not walk on the inside as they may slip

Great location, easy parking FOR PICK UP. ROOMS ALL BIG . housekeeper Cleaning on time every day. good VIEW on my 22nd. The washing machine is very convenient. Because we are a family of 5 People, with 2 children [aged 9 and 13] and an elder [aged 68], so we pay more attention to the living experience.
