Very dark, poor lighting. Everywhere was dull and grey. Difficult to find the right area of the hotel. No dining options.

Not enough light in the room. The temperature in the room was very high every time I arrived. It takes very long time for hot water to arrive to shower.

Right in the olympic marina. Big suit, with a bathtub, separate wardrob room. Comfortable bed, large size working corner, and nice sofa.

The cabinet under the sink in my room looked broken, I could see dust build up and the damage was at eye level whenever I took a bath. This took away from the “ luxury” experience the hotel promotes. The bathroom mirrors and glass doors were also very dusty( it looks like months worth of stains). Besides this , I loved my stay

I loved the view from my bedroom. It was facing the Olympic sailing center ( dock). The lights in the evening were a sight to behold. The hotel manager was extremely helpful, I had an unfortunate incident of being out and it started snowing. While ordering my taxi, the phone battery was dying out and I called to hotel, he assisted me. The staff is also very warm and welcoming

The room I was in was very tired. Lots of scuff marks and lots or corrosion on things in the bathroom. For the level of hotel one would expect a fresher room in terms of age and worn feel

To be honest, the whole hotel is okay. However, I met a staff working for the swimming pool who was rude. Further, the swimming pool is fully occupied by a swimming school in the morning. I don't understand why InterContinental has a swimming school in this hotel. Those kids occupied the whole pool and parents of kids stood around the pool. That's very bothering and wired. Unhappy experience, don't recommend this hotel to any others.

Air Conditioning was terrible in our rooms, didn’t cool the rooms down. Very uncomfortable, very unpleasant and ruined the stay. Also the credit card bond system needs to be open, not a limit. Very restrictive and has caused a lot of frustration and embarrassment.

Got charged twice on credit card for one set of drinks in roof top bar. Contacted hotel to advise the situation including invoice details of the payment - but hotel has not replied or even acknowledged. Suggest only pay using cash.

I've stayed here a few times now. I enjoy it each time because the staff in every sector are courteous and cool. The gym and pool are lovely and clean. The hotel has lovely views, very nice room interior, but it is the lovely staff that make it 10 out of 10 experience. Thank you for a lovely stay
