Room had a smoky smell. Although a smoke free room, it appears that the bathroom was used by previous residents to smoke.

A bit pricey for what you get.

We stayed one night during our transit. It is close to the airport, walking distance. They checked in with us before our arrival and shared the details on how to get to the hotel. The room is not too big but comfortable and clean. Breakfast is quite good as well.

Could not have been better. Room available early, beautiful room, great swimming pool, delicious breakfast and 5 minutes from airport. What more could one ask for, apart from attentive and helpful staff. This place was the full deal.

It’s near the airport and provides free shuttle service from the terminals to the hotel. If it is after hours, you may still contact the hotel to arrange for transport from the terminal to the hotel. Terminal 1 is walkable from the airport.

There was absolutely nothing we didn't like.

We loved how close it was to the airport. That we could use the gym and pool at the Pullman hotel next door. Friendly service. Wonderful bed. Just a great location to relax on a lay over from Europe to Australia.

The hotel advertises a free shuttle to the Canton Fair and onsite registration. The problem is that the last day of the tradeshow ends at 5 pm, yet the last shuttle return is at 11:30 am. There is absolutely no logic to this. I feel like it is bait and switch. I also never saw the registration. I had to register at the Canton Fair. I will not stay here again for the Canton Fair.

Breakfast spread was good, but taste forgettable. Better off having your meal at Guangzhou or at Baiyun Airport.

Convenient. Hotel provided shuttle bus from Airport Terminal 2 and 1, that runs till 2am, providing convenient transport for travellers who arrived past midnight.

1/ hotel didn’t respond to queries. They only responded once on shuttle service once just days before our arrival. 2/ breakfast food just ok.

1/ close proximity to airport 2/ free shuttle bus to and from airport every 30 min from 5am to 2am the next day. If arrive out of this timing, to contact hotel at chiefconcierge@pullmanguangzhou.com as Pullman hotel located next to Novotel share the same shuttle bus. Bus stop location is on 3rd floor (departure hall) outside gate 46 of terminal 2. It also stops at terminal 1. This is useful . Although it seems short distance, one can’t walk across highways to the hotel unless you go through terminal 1 (Novotel is just across Terminal 1). Shuttle bus driver very friendly and helpful. He helped us load and unload luggage, too. 3/ clean & quiet

Arrived for an overnigth connection and got picked by the shuttle bus really easy. The hotel is amazing and staff where very friendly. Room as beautiful and spacious. Would definitely stay again.
