Good location. A few food stall with cheap n tasty food. A dimsum restaurant on the 3rd floor of the same building serves delicious Dimsum at a fair price. Love the dim sum there. Whoever stays at Puzzle Hotel do not miss it. Must try the Dimsum there. There's a vegetarian restaurant at the corner of the hotel that serves a variety of dishes at a reasonable price.

No one speaks English at the Reception. Had a difficult time locating the hotel on the first day. Other than that all is good.

- the address of the hotel indicated on Booking.com is not correct (I mean both the indications given by the app, and also by Google and Apple maps, and maps.me). We had to walk 15 minutes to reach the actual position (later indicated to us via WeChat by the staff). - corridors and common areas outside of the rooms were extremely dirty. - internet did not work in our room (we have been told it may be because of the non-chinese websites we were trying to visit). - air conditioning was not working properly (temperature control was a bit wild).

Good positiion, helpful staff, good bed We have been offered a free room upgrade, which we greatly appreciated.

Toilet water very small and can improve on this.

Close to train station(around 10 minutes walk) Quite easy to find also. Staff here was friendly. Room was spacious for two. Even three person also suit. As the photo on booking.com, The water heater in working condition as well. Air conditioner also. The TV also in working condition. Near the restaurant as well.

I've stayed in a couple of rooms; some have renovated bathrooms, and others... not so much. If you're lucky, it's great, if not, well, you'll be fine. The beds could be better, but they're fine for cheap Chinese accommodation.

I've stayed here a couple of times, because the combination of the location and price are excellent, and the hotel itself is perfectly adequate with respect to those other factors.

Walls are thin, making it easy to be disturbed by footsteps in the corridor or knocks on neighboring doors. The corridor carpet could be replaced with a more affordable, modern option.

There is a window in our room but there is no outside scenery only the wall of another building. At 1 am there is a hammering sound outside when we told the reception area they said that they'll inform the management first. Eventually, the noise died down around 3am so we didn't bother to follow up. The wifi is kind of a hit or miss thing so goodluck with those who'll be using it for work.

The location of the hotel is in the city center. The hotel is on the 5th floor of the building below are restaurants. Also, the children's clothing market is near the hotel. It is around 500m-600m walk to Zhongshanba (red line) and Chen Clan station (yellow & blue line). They clean the room, get the trash and replenished supplies etc everyday.
