United KingdomWe stayed in a superior room on the 25th floor, which was an amazing room with an even more amazing view. We were greeted in the hotel lobby by a porter, who kindly took our luggage while we checked in. At first, we were checked into a very old and rather small room on the 8th floor, despite having booked a superior room that was advertised very differently online. It left us feeling quite underwhelmed, especially since it was our first time in Shanghai and we’d been so excited to stay here ever since booking back in March. After speaking with the receptionist, she kindly told us our room would be changed the next day. The new room, on the 25th floor, completely transformed our experience at the hotel. We slept like babies for all four nights. Extremely comfortable beds, powerful air conditioning, and for once, no noise from neighbouring rooms. I’d definitely recommend this hotel, and we’ll certainly be staying here again on our next visit to Shanghai.

Classic Radisson experience, the family suite was huge and we had a great view of the park. We also used the pool, very relaxing after a long day of walk. The bed is very comfortable and the pillows are the best we ever had.

Hotel far exceeded my expectations for my 3 day stay in Shanghai with my adult son. Location was fabulous. People's Square exit 7 was just yards from the hotel and although I initially considered staying on the Bund or in Pudong, I am so so pleased we chose Radisson Blu. Hotel room was larger than we thought and Hailie at reception was superb in kindly offering us an upgrade which we were most grateful for. First night we had drinks in the 47th floor bar and then dinner on 45th floor restaurant - we didn't intend to stay but the view of Pudong nightscape from 45 floors was just amazing. Wonderful (and very extensive) breakfast buffet again way exceeded expectations and for equivalent of c £18GBP, you just have to try it. location very easy for both airports because Line 2 runs from Pudong to Hongqao airports, with People's Square almost perfectly half way.
