    “Our time at Encanto was truly magical. It is a wonderful hotel the staff, food, ambiance and facilities were very luxurious. We only wished we could have stayed longer. Every staff member went above and beyond though Chris with his thoughtfulness, perfect English, wealth of information and warmth especially made our trip. Even cheeky Coco the resident macaw made us feel welcome in both English and Spanish shouting hello and hola at regular intervals while entertaining us trying to obtain food or break into the kitchen like a little bandit. A thoroughly enjoyable stay.”
