The place is what I need. Not a huge fancy hotel but has all the amenities. I like this place.

Remansos is my go to place in Palmira, Colombia. I feel safe at Remansos which is my number one priority. It's a homey, comfortable and affordable place. They serve a traditional fresh made breakfast. Staff is super courteous and helpful. Called taxi service for us adding to that sense of safety that I appreciate. Totally recommend it!!!

The safety of the place it’s gated and locked only staff can open it. Plus they help me get taxis the food is great this country is amazing I’m coming back in June

Veil or other type curtains for privacy are something would better the experience, there is a blackout.

The hotel is very well located. No more than 10 minutes walk to Palmira town centre. I had a difference in price when I arrived, but it was due to tax charged to all hotels. My mistake, I thought in price tax was included in fee I got online. I had the opportunity to check other hotels in area. This was definitely the best. I love how bright and clean the room and bathroom were and super friendly and helpful all staff were. Breakfast was superb, very traditional colombian breakfast served very quick and always tasty. I love the air-conditioning and fridges in each room. I did not like not having a wardrobe to hang coats and clothes, but they gave me hangers and it was not a problem. Nice warm water too. I would definitely recommend this hotel and I will stay again on my next visit to Palmira.

Mosquito 🦟 in the room. I didn’t wanted to get fumigated, Bcs then I be sleeping breathing that químical’s. Perhaps clavos oils in the property or mind spray Will keep the property mosquito free.

Breakfast was amazing! The quite of the place is nice. Mosquito 🦟 was the issue in the room. Windows was open before arrival and room had lots of mosquitoes 🦟 Bed was a continuous look for them to eliminate them from the room. Other then that, all was very pleasant at this stay.

Had a 1-night stay. The only thing I would suggest is an upgrade to bathroom if you want to take the hotel to a higher category but presently a good value.

Very peaceful and comfortable patio area. Air conditioner worked fine, and bed was comfortable. Had small refrigerator and can become useful for longer stays. Breakfast was basic and good.

The ACs for some rooms needs servicing. The rooms are outdated and need to be remodeled and new furniture is needed. The shower’s hot water lasts 3-5 minutes which is horrible. The towels were hard and someone with sensitive skin will have an issue with how hard those towels were. The rooms on the bottom floor can hear the footsteps and furnitures movements of the rooms above. Lack of plush pillows. The place needs a total remodel.

The property has a nice lobby and colonial spanish vibe.

The sheets were not clean Need more confortables it gets a little chill at night Need some plates if you get a kitchen in the room Better toilet paper.(soft) At least shampoo if you forget yours!! I think will be good if they get a phone in the rooms intead of the staff knocking on your door to announce visitors!!

The hot water in the showers is turned on with a valve placed close to the shower head which is hard to reach, and it comes out boiling hot which can be dangerous for kids. They also didn't have the minifridge in the room when we arrived, the top cover for the toilet paper wasn't properly attached and kept falling off, and they had a major fail with their laundry, where we asked to have some clothes washed and when they returned them they hadn't washed them at all.

It's beautiful and very clean. The room was decently sized, comfortable, the beds were very well made, the linens were sooo comofrtable and it smelled really nice. The satff were very nice and very attentive our needs and the breakfasts were delicious and really large, so we actually shared 1 between 2 people and it was more than enough.

The room we got, even though it was cheap, was a bit dated and very basic. You don't get a real hotel feeling, but again for the price I can't complain. However the bathroom was a true horror, everything seemed to be broken and the shower temperature was difficult to manage, but what was even worse is that water leaked from the ceiling when you took a shower, it was spraying everywhere, making it near impossible to take a shower.

For the price I paid its excellent, is comfortable and quiet, rather complete room actually, more than I would have expected in contrast to other hotels. Its a quiet area and the hotel grounds seemed to be clean and well taken care of, in fact looks beautiful.

Too much noise, between barking dog and rooster it was hard to sleep early in the morning. The power went off for 30 minutes and right there outside of the Hotel there is a type of market with many people selling fruit, food and other stuffs.

Breakfast was really nice. Front desk as well.
