The kitchen was fabulous! Great food and service. And the head Concierge and his team were very good. Terrific GM as well. All were very friendly and responsive. The hotel is an oasis and the pool a welcomed refresher after a long day.

Initially trouble obtaining hot water but staff was very kind and quickly fixed the problem. Price we paid was higher than posted rate at time of check in. We booked through booking.com months earlier. We will book directly with the hotel in future. Would definitely return to hotel.

Beautiful property in the centre of the old town with generously sized, quiet rooms. Breakfast in the adjoining bar/ restaurant or on the terrace where cocktails can be ordered also. Felt safe at any time. Reception staff went out of their way to help with bookings for restaurants and taxis.

We stayed in room 206. Toilet did not flush well and drainage in shower and sink was poor. Had to ask for chairs to sit on.

The location in Ciudad Vieja is fantastic. Within walking distance to all the sightseeing spots. Nice and quiet pool in the boutique Hotel‘s courtyard. Original colonial building with antique furniture. All very nicely restored. Very large and very comfortable bed. A/C working very well. A unique experience!

Maybe it was just a bit noisy. They need to isolate the windows. Apart from that, nothing else. Probably they need more bathroom toiletries and better towels.

We loved the hotel. It's a gem in the old city of Cartagena. Epoca, the restaurant, is excellent. The room is spacious, and the decoration and ambience are exceptional. It is a boutique hotel in a historical Cartagena house. You get to experience the walled city and feel like you are living there.

Hair dryer was broken but i had mine with me, so it wasn’t a problem. And just few misunderstandings with a stuff in the restaurant as they don’t really speak in English, and i don’t speak any spanish. But in the end it was solved. So it wasn’t an issue.

The stuff is so nice, especially the lady manager (Jhan?) and Cristian. You really feel so special there. The location is perfect, you can not find better. Everything is tidy and very charming. Also beautiful spa zone.

Large rooms in restored building. The Epoca restaurant attached to the hotel served an excellent choice of breakfasts. Great location in the historic centre of Cartagena.

Upon arrival we were told that the hotel had no water, which as a fluke is understandable. It took multiple hours for the water reservoir to be filled but we took that opportunity to explore the city. The next day, day 2 out of 3 for us, the hotel lost power for multiple hours during the day. Again unfortunate, but no other establishment on the street had the same issue so some basic infrastructure needs to be addressed.

A beautiful hotel located right in Cartagena's old town, the staff were very friendly and accommodating (especially Christian). It was very nice to be located next to Epoca, one of the best cafes in town.
