We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

CuraçaoNo coffee/ thee machine and no iron in room. Restaurant closes at 9pm and at 8.30 they stop taking orders. Breakfast: every day same scrambled eggs, arepa, 1 bun and fruits (watermelon/ pineapple or papaya)...no variation.

United KingdomHousekeeping:- Inadequate amount of towels they left enough for a single person. So as a couple we had to consistently ask for more towels every other day for 13 day stay. We also had to ask for our floor to be moped at least 4 times during our stay. Only one of our 13 days did the room look professionally cleaned. If you are a light sleeper make sure you do not have a room at the front of the building. It is a party street which doesn't stop blaring music until about 4am. Breakfast was bland.
Balcony and view , remote control blackout curtains. Elevators are efficient fast and smooth. Security at the front door. Helpful, friendly staff.
